After more than ten years of development, the level of our country’s higher education has developed into a new stage of popularization. Plenty of young teachers choose to work in colleges and universities. During the development of higher education, the focal point is gradually changing from the quantity to the improvement of quality. As the important component of teachers structure of colleges and universities, the level of young teachers’ teaching ability plays a crucial role in improving education quality. Currently, under the background of higher educational informatization, the informatizational teaching ability of young teachers becomes a hot issue recently.This thesis analyzed the development status and problems of young teachers’ informatizational teaching ability of Lanzhou University, through documentary analysis, questionnaire survey, interviewing method and so on. This thesis also summarized the development countermeasures about how to improve young teachers’ informatizational teaching ability of Lanzhou University, and I carried out some practical researches.Six parts:Introduction:This part introduced the research background, research status, research objective, research idea and method, defining the concept of university young teachers and informatizational teaching ability.Chapter one:Relevant theory research about informatizational teaching ability of college young teachers. This part regarded the professional development of teachers as the beginning point, mainly analyzing the changes of teachers’ knowledge hierarchy, ability structure and the stage of professional development under the background of informatization.Chapter two:Research and analysis of status quo. The information was identified with a questionnaire directed towards young teachers of Lanzhou University. And I also interviewed several young teachers, understanding the current development status of young teachers’ informatizational teaching ability of Lanzhou University, analyzing the internal and external factors which affected its development.Chapter three:Development strategies. Aiming at the existing problems during the development of young teachers’ informatizational teaching ability of Lanzhou University, this part proposed some specific countermeasures from the level of college and individual I performed some practice researches on teachers’ informatizational teaching ability by Micro public platform.Chapter four:Summary and prospect. This part summarized the defects of this research, mainly concerning the rationality of questionnaire distribution, the feasibility and the effective proof of countermeasures. The effect of Micro public platform on the improvement of teachers’ informatizational teaching ability needs further argument and study, which tells the direction of my further efforts...
