The teaching quality of teachers is the key to the quality of school education,teaching plays an important role in promoting the development of students.The teaching input of teachers in ethnic areas is related to the teaching quality of schools in ethnic areas and the training quality of students.This paper studies primary and secondary school teachers in Linxia and Gannan ethnic areas by questionnaire,interview and classroom observation.The time investment,energy investment,emotion investment and resource investment of teachers' teaching are investigated.describes the current situation of teachers' investment in teaching in primary and secondary schools in those ethnic areas.This paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the problems in the teaching input of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas,and some solutions and Countermeasures to the existing problems are given.In order to achieve the teaching goal and promote the development of students,teachers should pay time,energy,emotion and resources in teaching activities.Through the research of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas.This study believes that the dimensions of teachers' teaching input are unbalanced and need to be improved;Teachers' understanding of teaching input is inconsistent with their actual behavior;The teaching input of rural teachers is generally lower than that of urban teachers;The teaching investment of teachers with relatively low professional title and education background is relatively insufficient.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that the external factors affecting the lack of teaching investment of primary and secondary school teachers in ethnic areas are: Many irregular behaviors in school management;Students' learning level;Teachers' sense of teaching achievement in ethnic areas;Parents' emphasis on Education.Teachers' own factors include: Teachers' life pressure;Teachers' sense of teaching achievement in Ethnic Areas;Teachers' ability of education and teaching.In view of these problems,the following suggestions are put forward in this study: Improve the management of teachers in schools;Make parents and teachers communicate and cooperate more;Enhance teachers' professional identity and teaching ability.
