Research On Children's Rights Protection In School Football

In order to promote the all-round development of children in our country,safeguard children's legal rights and better carry out school football activities,it is important to study the protection of children's rights in the development of school football in our country.This article takes the protection of children's rights in the development of school football as the research object,and takes some children,parents,coaches and school leaders of ten primary schools in Lanzhou as the investigation object.It is studied by literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and field investigation method.The investigation found that the main factors that violated children's rights were: teachers / coaches,parents,students,referees,and others;the main manifestations of child rights violations were: beating,scolding,corporal punishment and disguised corporal punishment,differential treatment,cold violence,etc.The main types of children's rights are children's right to health,development,equality,and freedom.The main causes of children's rights violations are: 1.Some teachers / coaches have low moral literacy,poor business ability,and adopt inappropriate teaching attitudes and methods.2.Wrong educational ideas and methods of parents.3.Students' own moral literacy is low,and there is vicious competition among students.4.Some campus football referees have low professional ethics and poor professional ability.5.School leaders paid insufficient attention to school football and children's rights protection,irrational field setting,low equipment usage,and negative public opinion on football and school football.Through research,it is concluded that: 1.Infringement of children's rights in the development of school football is widespread,and children's legal rights in school football activities cannot be guaranteed.2.There are many types of violations of children's rights due to many factors that violate children's rights.3.The frequency of children's rights violations in school football activities is high.4.The harm caused by the violation of children's rights is large and the impact is wide.5.At present,after the violation of children's rights in China,there are insufficient channels for rights protection and the process of rights protection is complicated.In response to these problems,this article puts forward the following suggestions: 1.Establish a sound training and review mechanism for football teachers / coaches.2.Transform parents' consciousness and improve parental education.3.Strengthen the construction of students' ideology and morality.4.Establish a professional referee team and use video referees appropriately.5.Establish a sound supervision mechanism and convenient and powerful rights protection channels.6.Strengthen policy implementation and ensure the environment for football.It is hoped that this research can provide theoretical support for the protection of children's rights in the development of school football,and promote the protection of children's rights and the development of school football activities.
