With the advancement of the "double first-class" construction in the field of higher education in China,the urgency of improving the quality of graduate education is more prominent.Under this background,the pace of "new liberal arts" construction is accelerating,and liberal arts education is welcoming a new transformation.As an important part of the postgraduate group,liberal arts postgraduate students,their overall development is of great significance to the improvement of postgraduate education quality.However,for a long time,the differences in subject types and scientific research resources have affected the education satisfaction of liberal arts masters.Therefore,this research starts with the main body of graduate students,pays attention to the perception of liberal arts graduate students on education,analyzes the status quo of education satisfaction and its influencing factors,and proposes a targeted development strategy,which is of great significance for improving the quality of liberal arts graduate education.In the theoretical analysis part,first of all,the relevant literature is visually analyzed to understand the research hotspots in the field of graduate education satisfaction,and it is found that the master's education has gradually attracted attention.Next,a layer-by-layer analysis of the nature of graduate education,liberal arts graduate education,and education satisfaction at home and abroad was found,and it was found that the existing research lacked a unified theory of graduate satisfaction,and lacked a study to measure the overall perception of students' education.Lack of focus on the group of liberal arts graduate students.Finally,on the basis of literature review,the research ideas,research methods and methods are determined.In the qualitative research part,through case interviews,we have a deep understanding of the disciplinary differences and the status quo of the differences in liberal arts postgraduates in universities with "double first-class" construction.We have analyzed the group characteristics of liberal arts postgraduates and the deep-seated reasons that affect education satisfaction.Conclusion: First,the group characteristics of liberal arts postgraduates in universities with "double first-class" construction are obvious;second,there are obvious differences in the learning status,faculty,scientific research resources,academic atmosphere,and humanities cultivation of liberal arts postgraduates in three different types of universities.Thirdly,the overall education satisfaction of liberal arts graduates has individual differences.On this basis,a preliminary level diagram of influencing factors was further summarized.In the quantitative research section,based on the results of qualitative interviews,based on the internal quality assurance system for graduate students proposed by Rong Liying and Deng Feng in 2018,the questionnaire was revised in conjunction with the high-profile humanities and social sciences graduate student satisfaction survey.After data analysis,the "Double First-Class" Construction University Graduate Liberal Arts Education Satisfaction Research Scale was determined.Questionnaires were distributed to three representative universities' liberal arts masters.The satisfaction survey was conducted from nine dimensions:curriculum,teaching,scientific research,tutor guidance,management services,infrastructure,campus culture,employment and progression.According to the survey results,two main conclusions are drawn: first,there are significant differences in education satisfaction among the three types of "double-first-class" construction colleges and universities in liberal arts graduates,especially in scientific research satisfaction,infrastructure satisfaction,campus Cultural satisfaction and overall satisfaction.Second,the influencing factors of the education satisfaction of liberal arts master's degree students in the "double first-class" construction include gender,student origin,school type,subject category,grade,degree type,cross-specialty,progression channels,main reasons for progression,self-study Sex,engagement,work experience,and the availability of first-class disciplines have no significant impact on all dimensions of educational satisfaction.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the cultivation of postgraduates of liberal arts in the "double first-class" construction universities,countermeasures are proposed from four perspectives: concept,school,student,and training system.Firstly,rebuild the value and significance of the new liberal arts construction in the "double first-class" construction universities.Secondly,the school should create a good living environment for arts and sciences.Thirdly,masters of arts should consciously enhance the internal force of academic development.Fourthly,schools should abandon formalism and grasp the essential requirements of training quality.
