Research On The Employment Effect Of China's Industrial Technology Innovation

At present,industry is an important pillar of economic development,and it also bears a major responsibility to alleviate social employment pressure.Stabilizing employment is not only an important force for promoting people's livelihood and stabilizing the overall situation,but also becoming an important policy guide in the high-quality development of China's economy.As a new power of economic growth,technological innovation activities play a huge role in driving technological progress and accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure.The impact of technological innovation on employment on employment is a complex process.In order to achieve harmonious and stable development of society,we must deeply analyze and clarify the driving effect of technological innovation on employment growth and even high-quality development.In view of this,the domestic and foreign research results related to the research topic were reviewed and reviewed,and the research contents and research ideas were clarified.Subsequently,the important concept of technological innovation involved in this research was elaborated and summarized.The dynamic innovation capability index system is constructed from the dynamic perspective,and the Critic method is used to measure the three innovation capability grading indexes of input,output and diffusion.And based on this,35 industrial sectors were divided into three categories:innovation leading,follow-up and backward.After that,combined with the existing research,the changes in the quantity and quality of labor in different innovation stages are theoretically derived.Secondly,when exploring the impact of technological innovation on the total employment,the employment quantity is the research focus,and the industry heterogeneity focusing on the employment effect is constructed.The innovation and employment panel regression models of the three types of industries are respectively constructed.The impact of innovation input and diffusion on the total employment is positive,and output is negative.The input and output of technological innovation are linear with employment growth.However,in the innovation follow-up and backward industries,the diffusion index has a non-linear relationship with the employment volume.When the diffusion index increases,the employment creation effect of the former will gradually weaken,and even possible to have a negative effect.The lattershowed a different creative effect on employment growth around the threshold of0.08.Thirdly,the PVAR model is used to explore the dynamic relationship between technological innovation and employment quality in three types of industries,and the proportion of high-quality personnel is taken as the proxy variable of employment quality.Found that the quality of employment in leading industries is stable.Following the improvement of the industry's three innovation indices will accelerate the improvement of employment quality.The investment and diffusion of innovative and backward industries will affect the employment opportunities of low-skilled labor,and the impact of output capacity on the quality of employment presents short-term fluctuations.Finally,based on the laws obtained from research and analysis,the policy points of industrial technology innovation and stable employment are put forward.Continue to increase investment in industrial technology innovation and improve innovation efficiency.Strengthen the versatility of innovation results,foster new formats and new kinetic energy,and create new employment growth points.Strictly control the diffusion ability of low-innovation industries.The quality of employment should be controlled at a reasonable level.In employment,we must balance the current employment pressure and cultivate high-skilled talents that meet the needs of economic transformation and development,so as to achieve the dual goals of stable industrial development and high-level employment.
