At present,China's economy has gradually entered a period of new normal development.In order to actively respond to the impact of international industrial transformation,we should focus on how to effectively promote coordinated development among industries and enhance the core competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,and accordingly make strategic adjustment to the development direction of China's industrial structure and transformation.In this new era with both opportunities and challenges,how to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry to establish the "new advantage" of China's manufacturing industry is an important issue to be solved urgently at present.As human capital is an indispensable and important factor in the process of manufacturing transformation and upgrading,it is of great significance and research value to study the relationship between its internal structure optimization and the impact of China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading on how to improve China's manufacturing transformation rate and achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.The overall framework and content of this paper are shown as follows: First,through analyzing and sorting out relevant literature and theoretical basis of human capital and industrial structure adjustment,the corresponding theoretical mechanism,transmission path and research hypothesis are proposed.Secondly,through the description and comparative analysis of China's human capital level and the status quo of the development of manufacturing industry,it describes the status quo of China's human capital investment to be strengthened and regional unbalanced development.Then,based on the empirical part by building provincial panel data from 2007 to 2016,based on the structure of human capital perspective respectively analyzes the common panel analysis and system GMM,through regional heterogeneity test probe heterogeneity of human capital structure transformation and upgrading of manufacturing,and use of innovative high-level proportion of human capital,human capital structure and the marketization level three variables as a threshold,respectively for innovative saturation of human capital,human capitalallocation efficiency and talent flow test three mechanisms.Finally,relevant Suggestions are put forward according to theoretical analysis and empirical research results.The results show that:(1)Human capital structure can significantly promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,but there is an obvious regional heterogeneity relationship,and when the proportion of innovative human capital is too high,the promotion effect gradually decreases;(2)When the human capital structure is in a better state,the higher the proportion of innovative human capital,the more obvious the promotion effect of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry;(3)When the level of marketization is higher,the flow of talents is more free,and the allocation efficiency of human capital is higher.The higher the proportion of new human capital in the human capital structure,the more significant the promotion effect on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is.Therefore,in order to further improve the speed of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,China should further implement relevant measures such as strengthening the training of human capital in manufacturing industry,reasonably adjusting the structure of human capital,and improving the mechanism of talent flow. |
