With the policy of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”,the relevant guidance documents on “integration of production and education” have been promulgated successively.The innovative entrepreneurship education and the integration of production and education has also become a hot topic in the reform of vocational colleges in recent years.In May 2014,the State Council promulgated the “Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education”,which clearly pointed out that “accelerating the construction of modern vocational education system,deepening the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and training millions of workers." In September 2018,the State Council issued the " Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Create an Upgraded Version of "Double Creation",pointing out that it is necessary to incorporate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the compulsory course system of colleges and universities,deepen the integration of production and education,and introduce enterprises to conduct productive internship training.The above guiding ideology and national development strategy have given important theoretical and practical value to this paper.This paper studies the connotative development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools by means of literature research,case analysis and comparative research.This paper studies the inherent logical connection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and the integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools,that is,the feasibility and necessity of integration of production and education into innovation and entrepreneurship education.The feasibility is mainly reflected in the connection between entrepreneurship education and the integration of production and education in the following points: elements?subjects and values.The necessity is reflected in the fact that innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important carrier for the implementation of the concept of integration of production and education.The improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education requires the support of the integration of production and education.It also analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by the integration of production and education for innovation and entrepreneurship education.The opportunity is reflected in the integration of production and education providing rich practical resources for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and to promote multi-agents to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.The main challenge is that the innovation and entrepreneurship education of secondary vocational schools should be oriented to the development of all students and regional industries.The measures for the intensive construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education are: establishing the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education with the idea of integration of production and education,perfecting the element system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,and creating an open and collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship education system.The thesis is based on survey interviews conducted by four secondary vocational schools and some journals,pointing out the achievements and problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the causes of problems.The main achievements are: deepening the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the initial scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses,the initial achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the formation of innovative and entrepreneurial education teachers,and the initial establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education platform.The problems mainly exist in the narrow concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,single curriculum,weak teachers,lack of practical platform,and the quality of students' innovation and entrepreneurship.The main reasons behind the analysis are: innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,industrial development out of connection,imperfect innovation and entrepreneurship education community mechanism,single evaluation system.It draws on the experience of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in American Community College and Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College,and summarizes the relevant enlightenment: based on regional economic development,attaching importance to multi-agent collaborative participation,providing all-round support;Finally,proposing the specific counter measures and suggestions for the reform and upgrading of education and the realization of intensive development are as follows: promoting the deepening of the concept of integrated innovation and entrepreneurship education in production and education,promoting the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education and industrial development,and improving the innovation and entrepreneurship of open collaboration.
