As a key part of basic education,secondary vocational education has the same status as ordinary high schools.It is an education category for cultivating skilled talents and craftsmen,and has made great contributions to promoting the improvement of population quality and solving employment problems.The development of secondary vocational education has gone through a relatively tortuous course and has entered a new era.The integration of production and education has become an important way for the development of secondary vocational education.Wenzhou secondary vocational schools started cooperation with enterprises earlier.In the mid-1980 s,there was a school-enterprise "joint operation" in the city,and the close cooperation relationship with enterprises has always been continued,combining school-running professional settings Regional industrial structure,in cooperation with enterprises to set up shoemaking majors,papermaking majors,glasses majors,etc.,through the establishment of a teaching system centered on the goal of adapting to professional positions,the training of applied and skilled talents has been realized.At present,the domestic research on the integration of industry and education is still in its infancy.Many scholars have carried out active and useful explorations on the integration of industry and education.However,the current research objects on the integration of industry and education are mainly focused on higher vocational education,and the focus on secondary vocational education Research is still relatively small.In terms of research methods,the emphasis is on qualitative research methods,empirical research based on first-hand data is insufficient,and there is a lack of systematic research on the integration of production and education in secondary vocational education.To this end,this research takes a secondary vocational school in Wenzhou City as an example,uses the method of case study,based on the four aspects of government,school,student,and enterprise,and follows the connotation of the integration of industry and education and the performance of the integration of industry and education in the secondary vocational school.Research on the form,the positive effects of the integration of production and education,the existing problems and the ideas on how to further promote the development of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational education.Possible innovations:(1)Research content innovation.Wenzhou City has given full play to its advantages in advancing the integration of production and education,taking advantage of the developed private economy,rich market players,and flexible mechanisms to establish a long-term mechanism for the integration of production and education,forming a close bond between secondary vocational education and regional industrial development.Strong linkage.This article takes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in Wenzhou Y school as the research content,analyzes the development model,suarizes experience,and makes targeted suggestions based on the actual situation.(2)The research method is appropriate.This research uses the integration of industry and education to promote the more influential and representative Y school,as a typical case to carry out in-depth research,uses field surveys and other methods to collect evidence data and materials,and conducts research on the current situation of the integration of industry and education in secondary vocational education.The four aspects of industry,enterprise,and school have systematically analyzed the problems and follow-up countermeasures in the development of the integration of production and education,reflecting the typicality of the case and the realistic pertinence of the research.
