Educational practice evaluation is a scientific,reasonable and fair evaluation of the internship's teaching practice ability and comprehensive quality in the process of educational practice.This kind of evaluation can allow interns to have a correct understanding and understanding of their own pre-class teaching preparation,classroom teaching,after-school positive reflection,and other teaching capabilities,so that they can learn from each other in the future education and teaching work.Perfect their own ability.Based on this,this thesis first studies the relevant theories,including the role of the evaluation of the education practice in primary education,the principle of the evaluation of the education practice,the influencing factors of the evaluation of the education practice,and the evaluation model of the education practice.Secondly,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case study method,taking Z College as an example,this paper investigates and studies the status quo of the practice evaluation of primary education,This paper summarizes the main problems of the evaluation of education practice in primary education: vague evaluation criteria,single evaluation subject of education practice,one-sided evaluation content of education practice,simple evaluation method and method of education practice,unobjective evaluation result of education practice,feedback of education practice evaluation The links are not perfect.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the evaluation of practice in primary education.Including the education authorities to improve the system,undergraduate colleges to strengthen management,guidance teachers to train and select,education practice evaluation supervision mechanism to keep pace with the times,education practice evaluation research to increase efforts;The second is to reform the internal factors of education practice evaluation.Including education practice evaluation purposes should be clear and specific,educational practice evaluation standards should be reasonable and feasible,educational practice evaluation subjects should participate in multiple aspects,educational practice evaluation content should be comprehensively enriched,educational practice evaluation methods and methods should be diverse,education practice evaluation index system should be complete,The feedback of educational practice evaluation should be timely and effective,and the reflection of educational practice evaluation should be put in place.
