Latin dance is a cooperative event for men and women.The dancers show the unique competitive style of Latin dance through the complex action elements,changeable coordination techniques and the change of space position.The quality of partner relationship has an important influence on the performance of stage and sports.In the teaching and training of Latin dance in senior high school,a good partner relationship has an important influence on the technical exchange,movement cooperation and training enthusiasm between partners.From the perspective of students' needs,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,this study investigates the partner relationship of senior high school Latin dance students in Zhengzhou,describes the status quo of the partner relationship of senior high school Latin dance students,analyzes the causes of the partner relationship of senior high school Latin dance students,and determines the influencing factor structure of the partner relationship.The purpose is to better solve the problem of partner relationship,improve the tacit cooperation between students,and provide suggestions for the effective teaching of Latin dance in senior high school,so as to improve the teaching quality and training efficiency and performance.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and data statistics,391 Latin dance candidates were investigated.The influencing factors of Latin dance candidates were determined by factor analysis.The influencing factors were divided into three factors: Intelligent Emotion,material needs and special skills.Intelligent emotional factors include five original variables: cooperation ability,communication and interaction between partners,students' love for dance,assiduous degree and competition state;material demand factors include four original variables: teacher factor,appearance factor,economic factor and ratio of men and women;special technical factors include two aspects: basic skills and technical conditions.The contribution rate of variance was 43.448%,31.960%,17.247% respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 92.654%.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The partner relationship of high school Latin dance candidates is mainly affected by three factors: Intelligent Emotion,material needs and special skills.2.In the aspect of Intelligent Emotion,it mainly covers the factors of cooperation ability,communication and interaction,hard work,etc.it is the guarantee of students' learning,understanding and induction of Latin dance knowledge,and an important way of transmission,communication and presentation in the dance partner relationship.In terms of material needs,it mainly includes economic conditions,teachers' factors,appearance factors,etc.,reflecting the basic needs of partner relationship,which is an objective factor affecting partner relationship.In terms of special skills,the level of technical level,the change of style and the understanding of technology are the important factors that affect the Latin dance partner relationship,and are the final expression of the dancers' own ability and the cooperation between partners in Latin dance.3.The three influencing factors of material needs,intelligent emotions and special skills respectively correspond to the physiological needs,emotional needs and belonging needs of Maslow's demand level theory,and self realization needs three demand levels.
