Along with the vigorous development of modern sports,the demand for high-quality sports talents is increasing year by year,how to effectively enhance the competitiveness of sports colleges and universities students future career,let the sports theory and professional sports skills by students more solid and effective control,has become a sports colleges and universities teachers technology curriculum teaching in one of the important thinking of problem.The general course of volleyball is regarded as a required technical course for students majoring in physical education.It undertakes the task of teaching students to learn basic volleyball theory,master skills and tactical knowledge as well as teaching students to flexibly use volleyball teaching methods.With the deepening of volleyball teaching reform,more efficient teaching methods are sought to elevate the efficiency of volleyball classroom teaching,which is the unremitting pursuit of proprietary volleyball teaching workers.Video feedback teaching method is based on the large background in arises at the historic moment,it is used in our daily sports teaching method based on the innovation to use mobile phones and other high-tech electronic recording equipment technology practice whole process to each student have a destination,video recording,and with the help of the teachers and students feedback on the action video data and information to improve the technology of volleyball general lessons teaching effect with a scientific and creative teaching methods.In this study,the video feedback teaching method will be introduced into the general course of volleyball and used in the teaching of volleyball skills,taking two volleyball general courses of Tianjin University of Sport in 2018,a total of 60 students as the research objects.Among them,the number and sex ratio of the two classes are the same,in the experimental study,10 of the subjects were girls and 20 were boys.In the research process,a variety of research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey method,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experimental method are used comprehensively.Through experiments,the actual teaching effects of video feedback method and traditional teaching differences are compared and evaluated.In the end,the following research conclusions are drawn.1.Through the 32-hour teaching experiment,it has been verified that the video feedback teaching method can be effectively used to improve the overall volleyball skills of the students in the volleyball general repair class,and the volleyball skills of the students majoring in physical education have been greatly improved.2.Video feedback teaching method can effectively motivate and train students' interest in volleyball technology learning,so that all students can experience the pleasure of volleyball in the general course of volleyball,and achieving the true meaning of teaching through entertainment and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude.3.The video feedback teaching method is of great practical significance for improving the education efficiency of volleyball general courses in physical education colleges and universities,which helps students to fully mobilize their initiative to take part in volleyball sports and cultivate good volleyball exercise customs.4.The video feedback teaching method can actively guide students to independently discover and solve many problems encountered in volleyball technical learning.At the same time,it also cultivates students' good habit of thinking diligently and willingly,and comprehensively improves students' comprehensive accomplishment.5.The video feedback teaching method heartening students to actively share volleyball learning experience and inspiration with others while learning volleyball technology,which fully develops and improves students' imagination and creativity,and lays a staunch foundation for sports colleges and universities to cultivate innovative sports application talents.6.Video feedback teaching method is not a complete denial of the role of traditional teaching function,but a kind of improvement and perfection of traditional teaching method.It is suggested that in the future technology teaching,the video feedback teaching method should be used together with other teaching methods to better promote the advantages and avoid the categories.
