In the day of promoting comprehensively quality education, the traditional teaching method is being more and more severe challenges. Seeking new sports teaching methods, and using modern teaching means undoubtedly have important meaning to deepen teaching reform. As the leading technology of audio-visual education, because Multimedia technology provides information widely, already being applied in many ways. It can receive twice the result with half the effort in improving the efficiency and benefit in class. Video-feedback, as an advanced teaching method, has been applied to teaching practice in the volleyball’s class and student’s behavior analysis, however, the former only emphasized the multimedia technology, obscuring or not valuing the feedback process. This research attempts to apply the mean of video-feedback to the technology teaching of volleyball by means of the advanced video recording equipment, on the basis of multimedia technology, valuing the content, time frequency of feedback, to discuss the effectiveness in volleyball’s teaching, this paper plans to improve the volleyball’s teaching methods and teaching quality,so as to provide a new thinking and theoretical basis.This experiment research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and teaching experiment. Before starting experiment the author formulated a new teaching schedule adding into the mean of video-feedback, doing it to verify the teaching effect. Through investigation and analysis, the results of the study are as followings:1The teaching mean of video-feedback has played a certain role in improving students’technical movement and mastering, enhancing the quality of teaching. It gave a full play the advantage of modern multimedia technology,advanced means, new approaches, and it can fully arouses student’s study enthusiasm, to make up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching method, in accordance with the time and the demand of social development. 2The teaching mean of video-feedback satisfied the teachers and students to participate in, giving fully the teachers to play leading role and students’subjective initiative. By the teacher’s organization and guidance, it emphatically cultivated the capability of students’ observation, analysis and solving problems independently.3The teaching mean of video-feedback activated, magnified the other routine teaching method, producing good teaching effect. It could not only be control of the whole teaching process or a certain stage,but also be used for a class, a specific technical movement teaching. It had stronger practicability.4learning goal setting, feedback information to individuals and help fine after feedback in place to help promote the feedback.
