With the increase of our country's comprehensive national strength,the cultural and educational exchanges between China and the world are becoming more and more frequent,and the "Chinese language fever" has gradually increased,and more Chinese teachers have been sent overseas to teach Chinese,so the author has been served as a Chinese teacher in the UK for a period of one year.At the same time,in the process of communicating with other students interning in primary schools in China,the author found that classroom improper behavior is always the biggest problem no matter in China or UK,especially for new teachers.Therefore,the collection and comparative study of students' improper behavior and teachers' coping strategies in the two countries turn out to be a very important subject.The author carried out this study through the reading of relevant books and literature,classroom observation and questionnaire survey.First,through the observation of the British and Chinese primary schools and the questionnaire survey of the Chinese and English teachers,it observes the behavior of the Chinese and English primary school students in the classroom,to analyze the similarities and differences and to make a cause analysis;second,through the classroom observation and the questionnaire survey,it investigates the Chinese and English teachers in the face of different types of problem management strategies,to analyze the similarities and differences,to study the countermeasures applicable to different cultural backgrounds;third,by comparing and analyzing the coping strategies of primary schools in China and the UK,it provides advises for the teachers who practice in primary schools in China and the Chinese teachers who teach in western countries such as UK and the United States.
