With the development of the times,the pace of educational reform in our country has been speeding up,and there are more and more educational activities at all levels.In order to better manage the school teaching activities,various regions have carried out class culture construction.This paper chooses Urumqi S Middle School as the research object,and adopts the way of investigation and interview,taking S middle school students,teachers and parents as the object of investigation,focusing on the students,teachers and parents' recognition degree of S middle school class culture construction,the implementation effect of S middle school class culture construction and the problems encountered in the implementation process of middle school class culture construction,and puts forward specific reference combined with the study.A total of 600 student questionnaires were distributed,594 questionnaires were collected,588 valid questionnaires,98% effective;527 parent questionnaires,519 questionnaires were collected,503 valid questionnaires,The effective rate of the questionnaire was 95.45%;Total distribution of 107 teacher questionnaires,105 questionnaires,105 valid questionnaires,The effective rate is98.13.From the investigation,it is found that the school did not have a single content of class material culture and did not establish a sound safeguard mechanism in the process of class culture construction in the secondary school.And the reason for the above problems,this paper analyzes four aspects from class teachers,schools,students and parents,specifically including class teachers' lack of proper knowledge of classroom culture,schools' failure to give sufficient support to class teachers,students' inability to understand the meaning of classroom culture construction,and students' parents' lack of active cooperation.In this regard,based on a large amount of scholarly literature,this paper proposes the following suggestions in the light of what we have learned: first,schools should first do a good job of propaganda in the initial stage of classroom culture construction,and should conduct propaganda for students and parents to make them understand the content and meaning of classroom culture construction;second,the incentive system of schools should be improved to increase the support for class teachers' work.After the construction of classroom culture,the workload of class teachers is bound to increase,and the work pressure of class teachers will increase,so schools should establish a perfect training system to help class teachers improve their abilities.At the same time,the existing performance assessment system for class teachers should be improved,and the content of classroom culture construction should be included in the scope of incentives;finally,in the process of optimizing and upgrading classroom culture,specific optimization work should be carried out by creating a harmonious classroom material environment,building a democratic and fair classroom system,and attaching importance to the construction of classroom spiritual culture.It is hoped that the investigation and research in this paper can play a positive role in the construction of class culture in secondary schools.
