Research On Cooperation Among Organizations Of Taiyuan International Marathon

After ten years,taiyuan international marathon officially became the iaaf road race gold standard event in 2019,and entered the "double gold club" at one stroke,which is related to the cooperative operation mode of taiyuan international marathon.The in-depth study of its cooperative relationship is crucial to improving the quality of sports events and promoting the development of sports industry in our province.For international marathon,it is particularly important to clarify the cooperation between organizations.The successful holding of taiyuan international marathon has certain research value.Taking taiyuan international marathon as an example,this paper USES social network analysis method,Delphi method and semi-structured interview method as the main methods to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of inter-organizational cooperative network of taiyuan international marathon.Through the identification of experts and the judgment of relations,organizations are classified according to the four categories of administrative organs,institutions,enterprises and social organizations.Based on this through the use of inter-organizational network theory and methodology of social network analysis perspective,based on the relationship matrix,visualization and network node centricity and condensing subgroup build cooperation relationships between taiyuan international marathon event organization,comb reach 35 degree of relationship between network nodes and each node in the network role and its importance,and deep analysis of the present situation of cooperation between taiyuan international marathon event organization.Aims to analyze some of the characteristics of the network of cooperation,cooperation between international marathon organization of taiyuan to carry on the summary,for the operation of each region's marathon event related organizations in our country development to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for reference,as well as the sports industry in our province "national fitness" business to contribute their meager strength.Conclusion:(1)The taiyuan international marathon organization cooperation network,the most at the heart of the people's government of taiyuan city,the second is the taiyuan,taiyuan,taiyuan city sports bureau,traffic police detachment,public security bureau of public security team,open the sports culture of the company,People's Daily online-Shanxi Province,taiyuan daily,changfeng business district management center and taiyuan station;Shanxi provincial highway administration bureau,taiyuan city appearance and environmental protection bureau,travel agencies,shanxi aviation industry group,etc.(2)The sustainable development of the cooperative relationship between organizations of taiyuan international marathon takes taiyuan municipal people's government as the core and plays a leading role;(3)There is a subordinate relationship in the organization of taiyuan international marathon,which plays a positive role in resource allocation and operation efficiency;(4)In the taiyuan international marathon,organizations that play a role in publicity and public security and have the right to host the event will be recognized and actively cooperated by other organizations;(5)Decentralization enables some competitive enterprises to obtain the hosting right,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the games,reducing the pressure on administrative organs and improving the utilization of resources;(6)Confirmed that the cooperative relationship between organizations of taiyuan international marathon was practical,based on policies,without isolated organizations and with strong team awareness;(7)The current behavior of small circles among organizations of taiyuan international marathon has certain positive effects,but also has certain disadvantages.Need to look carefully or through the central position of the government to moderate adjustment.Based on the above conclusions,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)To select the participants of the competition as far as possible through the functional attributes of the organization,so as to avoid too many "small circles" and overlapping functions leading to unclear rights and responsibilities of the internal organizations of the competition and mutual shifting;(2)The supervision and management system should be included in the preparation,implementation and settlement of large-scale events,so as to avoid the inaction of administrative organs and enterprises after benefits,regulate the exercise of power by administrative organs,eliminate the handling by institutions and avoid the waste of resources;(3)In the development of taiyuan international marathon,the moderate increase of subordinate organizations with positive effects and subordination relationship with the core organizations is conducive to the efficient use of race resources;(4)Increase publicity channels for taiyuan international marathon;Attract organizations with various promotional functions to join in and improve the popularity of the event;(5)Create a competitive environment for the decentralization of the right to host the event and attract competent enterprises to actively participate in the competition for the right to host the event.The high efficiency and low cost of event planning and implementationcan also promote the enterprises that have obtained the right to hold the event to maintain their competitiveness;(6)When cooperating with large profit-oriented enterprises,non-profit organizations should take corporate social responsibility and social credibility into consideration to promote the enthusiasm of enterprises in the sustainable development of the competition.
