In recent years, more and more children have been concerned by all walks of life. This is mainly because children's physical and psychological development is not yet mature, more vulnerable to some unexpected events, especially the negative life events that bring great trauma to people. As a social vulnerable group, children who experience traumatic events have incomplete language expression system, which makes their needs of social support easier to be buried in the harsh reality. This study is based on the case management service for children during the practice. The author collected and evaluated the information of the case owner by structured interviews, and found that the case owner was influenced by previous traumatic events in psychological, emotional, social and other aspects, there is a low level of social support in the case-owner and the case-owner family. In this paper, author use the case management method to help the case-owners get out of the difficulty and strengthen the resource network by coordinating, connecting and integrating resources. In the concrete practical application, social workers intervene from the family, school, social organization, community and so on.On the one hand, strengthening the original social support power of the case owner,on the other hand, helping the case owner to link up the necessary social support resources, strengthen the capacity of case owners to use resources and play the role of their social support networks.Through the direct and indirect aspects of social work services carried out by social workers as case owners, the assessment of the contents, methods and service effects shows that, the application of case management in practical intervention can promote the level of social support of children with traumatic experience.
