In order to meet the needs of the reform of the new college entrance examination,implement the requirements of the new geography curriculum standard for senior high school education,and help students understand themselves and establish a correct concept of career,it has become an inevitable trend to carry out the penetration of career planning education in subject teaching.Geography is an interdisciplinary subject of natural science and humanities,which has the characteristics of comprehensiveness and regionality,which determines that the occupation information involved in geography is quite rich;Regional cognition,comprehensive thinking,the concept of human land coordination and geographical practice are closely related to career education,which shows that the goal of geographical core literacy is consistent with the goal of career education.Therefore,the penetration of career education in geography has unique advantages.Based on geography teaching,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview,textbook analysis,and comprehensive analysis to study the penetration of career planning education in high school geography teaching.Through a large number of literature review,it is found that the career planning education in China is not too late,but the career planning education in China is mainly set up in the university stage,and the early development is slow,mainly in the form of employment guidance,less class hours,and more arranged before the students graduate,without forming a long-term system of education.From the questionnaire survey,it is found that high school students' awareness and ability of career planning is not strong;From the interview survey,it is found that senior high school geography teachers' own career education theory is insufficient,and it is difficult to grasp the career information in the teaching materials.Of course,the penetration of career planning education in subject teaching is still unable to implement the systematic career planning education.The related concepts in this paper are analyzed step by step from career,career planning education,to the penetration of career planning education and geography subject.It is concluded that geography teaching in senior middle school is based on the realization of geography teaching objectives,Guide students to explore career planning.Therefore,based on the person job matching theory,career development theory and career chaos theory,combined with the characteristics of geography,the concept of career planning,the content of high school geography PEP textbook and the analysis of penetration status,the author obtains the advantages,principles and paths of penetration of career planning education in high school geography teaching,and constructs the penetration mode.And design two lesson as a demonstration,lesson 1 "the first lesson" to stimulate students' interest in geography learning,establish geography learning objectives,and lay a seed for the future career in geography;Lesson 2 "major environmental problems faced by human beings" reasonably chooses classroom teaching methods,enhances students' professional experience,helps students establish lofty professional ideals,and carries out practical research according to lesson design,so as to provide reference for front-line geography teachers to infiltrate career planning education in classroom teaching.
