The Study On The Current Situation And Solution Of Hidden Truancy Of Province College Students

With the state's attention to the quality of higher education,students' classroom behavior is gradually concerned by all sectors of society.The hidden truancy of college students not only affects the efficiency of their own lectures,strikes the enthusiasm of teachers,but also hinders the improvement of the quality of higher education and social progress.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of hidden truancy of provincial universities.In this paper,empirical research methods are used,including questionnaire,interview,observation and case analysis.It is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the investigation of the current situation of the hidden truancy of college students,which mainly introduces the purpose of the investigation,the choice of the investigation object,the basic process of the research and the results of the investigation;the second chapter is the realistic representation of the hidden truancy of college students,including four dimensions of students,teachers,schools and social culture;the third chapter is the reason of the hidden truancy of college students analysis,the content of this chapter is based on the analysis of students' questionnaires,interviews with teachers and staff to summarize the causes of hidden truancy of provincial university students;the fourth chapter is to analyze the causes of hidden truancy of university students,and put forward the corresponding solutions.The research finds that: the factors that lead to the hidden truancy of college students are students' self-management,teachers' teaching,school management and social and cultural influence;to solve the hidden truancy of college students,college students should improve their self-management ability and immerse themselves in the classroom environment;teachers should improve their teaching level and classroom management ability to attract students' attention;schools should strengthen discipline management;All circles should work together to create a high-quality social environment.Only by making efforts and cooperating with each other,can we effectively reduce and improve the hidden truancy of college students.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problem of hidden truancy of college students in "B University" of Liaoning Province,to provide reference for provincial colleges and universities to solve the problem of hidden truancy of college students,and to improve the quality of talent training.Finally,I hope this study can provide some reference for the enrichment of the management theory of colleges and universities.
