University classrooms are the main channels for talent training.With the quality of undergraduate teaching has increasingly become one of the key issues of higher education research,many researchers have begun to focus their research emphasis on more microscopic classrooms.Up till now,there are still some matters in classroom management in colleges and universities,such as college students' tacit truancy.In the long run,it will not only be unable to meet the needs of the people for high-quality talents,but also have impact on the quality of colleges and universities and social reputation.This research starts from the above issues.Firstly,it extracts the concept and characteristics of skipping classes and recessive skipping classes by literature research method.It refines two categories of rational recessive skipping classes and inert recessive skipping classes.Secondly,based on literature research of students' tacit truancy,we combine the theory of planned behavior with Weiner's Attribution Theory to design a questionnaire for college students' tacit truancy.After testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and issuing it in 4 universities in Xuzhou,the overall conclusion and difference analysis of the collected data were drawn,and the relevant conclusions were drawn as follows: Undergraduates' recessive skipping phenomenon is common,time is concentrated,the skipped courses are mainly public classes,students have different views on recessive skipping classes,The top three in hidden classroom skipping behaviors are: mobile phone entertainment,daze and distract,and self-learning other subjects.What's more,the rational recessive skipping of college students will not show a significant difference in gender,and there is a significant difference in latent recessive skipping.At the school level,there are significant differences between implicit truancy,lazy recession,and rational recession.There are significant differences in majors in recessive truancy,rational recessive truancy,and lazy recessive truancy in college students.There is no significant difference in the grades of recessive and lazy recessive skipping of college students,but there are significant differences in grades of rational recessive skipping.There is no significant difference between the hidden recession and lazy recession of college students in terms of whether students are class cadres,and there is a significant difference in whether rational recessive truancy is whether students are class cadres.Then,through an empirical analysis of the influential factors of lazy and rational recessive truancy of college students,the following conclusions are drawn: Parents factors have no significant positive effect on college students' recessive skipping;teacher factors and individuals factors have a significant positive effect on college physiological recessive skipping and inert recessive skipping;professional identity factors have no significant positive effect on college students' lazy recessive truancy,and have a significant negative effect on rational recessive truancy.According to current situation analysis and empirical analysis of the influential factors of college students' hidden classroom skipping,combining the students' tacit truancy with the actual situation,this study proposes measures to prevent and control hidden class skipping of college students from three aspects: individuals,school management and teachers.
