The Confucian "respect" thought has a long history of development,has an important position in the Confucian moral education system,has a strong moral implication,pays attention to the moral cultivation of people's heart,is an important work theory to promote people's moral cultivation.However,in the development of contemporary moral education,influenced by utilitarian thought and other factors,there is a lack of moral cultivation.Therefore,by referring to the Confucian "respect" thought,the past serves the present,the value of the Confucian "respect" thought in the development of moral education in the new era is considered,so as to promote the guidance of moral education to the world of human significance.This paper adopts the method of literature research,historical research and case analysis,and on the basis of the analysis of Confucian "respect" thought,focuses on the lack of Confucian "respect" thought in factual moral education,on this basis,carries out the construction of its moral value path.The paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter explains the historical evolution process of the Confucian "respect" thought,mainly discusses the development of the five important periods,the Zhou dynasties,the pre-qin period,the western Han dynasty,the Song and Ming dynasties and the late Qing dynasty,analyzes and summarizes the Confucian "respect" in the historical development of the value of its play,focus on the moral value.The second chapter mainly discusses the Confucian idea of "respect" connotation and characteristics,from the historical evolution in teasing out the connotation of Confucian idea of "respect",including "respect the heaven and respect the way","fear with respect","reflect on and do respect" and "the main worship in worship","Respect" has been demonstrated in the moral subject's value guidance,moral emotion enlightenment and moral action guidance.The unity of the inner and outer,individual and group harmony and coordination of the three characteristics of emotional and rational.The third part demonstrates the rationality of the Confucian "respect" thought in the new era.Based on the value appeal of moral education in the new era,it considers the value of moral education represented by the Confucian "respect" thought and the rationalityof the development of the value of contemporary moral education.In the fourth chapter,the author expounds the characteristics of the lack of factual moral education of the Confucian "respect" thought,including the lack of the value of reverence,the inefficiency of the implementation of school moral education and the deficiency of personal moral cultivation.The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons for the loss of "respect",pointing to three aspects: the "dominance" of instrumental rational value on moral education,the "deviation" of the value orientation of school moral education and the misunderstanding of the judgment standard of individual moral value.The sixth chapter is to reconstruct the path of moral education value in the school of Confucian "reverence" in the new era,from three aspects: creating a social atmosphere for the growth of the value of reverence,improving the moral education in the school under the orientation of human culture and strengthening the individual's moral cultivation.The era is a new stage of China's development,and the pursuit of cultural self-confidence,while the Confucian "respect" thought based on Chinese traditional culture,only by taking its essence,to achieve the inheritance of development,can promote the development of moral education in the new era.
