Research On The Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Employment Rights And Interests

As the rapid evolution in the reform of Chinese higher education system,the scale of higher education has been expanded.In 2018,the number of college graduates nationwide has reached over 8.2 million.The difficulty of college students' employment is becoming a new social issue.To ensure the full employment of college students and safeguard the employment rights of college students is of great significance.Strengthening the cultivation of college students' employment rights awareness is not only a problem of individual protection for students' rights but also a work that colleges and universities need to pay attention to.Based on the theme of cultivating the consciousness of employment rights among contemporary college students,this paper introduces the basic situation of contemporary college students' employment rights awareness.From the perspective of theory and reality,it combines macro research with micro research by means of literature data method and comparative research method.Analytical method,systematic theoretical basis research and solution analysis is also used for the cultivation of contemporary college students' employment rights awareness.Through the analysis of existing research,this paper defines the concept related to the employment rights of college students.It points out that the employment rights of college students are different from the rights and interests of other ordinary laborers,including equal employment rights,information disclosure rights,and employment guidance.The awareness of employment rights of college students refers to the desire of college students to satisfy their self-realization conditions and requirements in order to continuously improve themselves and to meet the requirements and requirements of self-realization in the process of receiving education.With regard to the problems existing in the cultivation of college student' employment rights awareness,the third part of the thesis analyzes from the perspectives of college students' consciousness and behaviors.It is believed that there are still some problems.For example,the college students' awareness of employment rights is weak.The college students' rights protection behavior is not active at the sme time.Problem of cultivating the awareness of college students' employment rights is ignored by the educaters.The main reasons for this dilemma include insufficient study of employment legal knowledge by college students and lack of response to employment infringement.In view of the above problems,this paper points out that the current cultivation of college students' employment rights awareness should follow the objective law of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It should also adhere to the principle of direction,reconciliation,unity of theory and practice and unity of rights and obligations.It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of labor contract and employment rights in college students.The training strategy of college students' employment rights awareness can be improved through wing aspects: The government management departments should improve the follonational scientific legislation on employment laws and regulations.It is necessary to standard the employment market order at the same time;The colleges and universities should update educational concepts and build an education system for employment rights awareness;Students themselves should have clear rights and obligations.They can actively strengthen the study of relevant legal knowledge to raise the awareness of employment risks,and cultivate the self-employment rights awareness.The perfection and improvement of the cultivation of college students' employment rights awareness must distinguish the main body of responsibility so that each link can clarify its own task activities.Starting from the four aspects of national legislation,social supervision,college cultivation and college students themselves to form an educational synergy,thus it can enrich the connotation of ideological and political education.The cultivation of the awareness of employment rights of college students can be completed finally.
