General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party: Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new historical era,we should build a well-off society in an all-round way,build a socialist power in an all-round way,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to achieve these goals,efforts must be made to solve the “contradiction between the people's needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development of society ”.As we all know,the western region of our country is deeply affected by natural conditions and historical factors,and the economic and social development is obviously lagging behind the eastern coastal area.The imbalance of development between east and west is a structural problem that restricts the overall strategic advancement of the country.To this end,the central government attaches great importance to the coordinated development between regions,and proposes to strengthen efforts to support the rapid development of the“Three regions ”,strengthen measures to promote the development of the western region,and establish a more effective new mechanism for regional coordinated development.For this purpose,the CPC Central Committee has also made major strategic arrangements —— carried out counterpart support,counterpart support and counterpart cooperation.People in the western region are eager to get rid of poverty and live a happy life.As the saying goes,getting rid of poverty,we should put education into the first place.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen cooperation first in elementary education between the governments of the eastern and western regions,to truly practise rich people help poor,and the well developed regions support the underdeveloped regions.Jiangsu Province,with its coastal waters,whose economy is prosperous,and the education is developed and the culture is prosperous.For decades,Jiangsu Province has assisted89 state-level poor counties,involving Shanxi,Qinghai,Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,Xinjiang,Tibet and other provinces.According to the needs of the recipient areas,the implementation of educational poverty alleviation assistance has played a great role in promoting the development of education in the western region.In the study,the author also found that the teachers attached importance to the management of volunteer teaching and the management process of volunteer teaching,emphasizing the number of volunteer teaching team and ignoring the quality of volunteer teaching.It is difficult for the basic-level supporting schools to ensure the supply of thenumber of the volunteer teaching plan,and the non-monetary compensation mechanism for volunteer teaching is not put in place.Based on the above-mentioned phenomena,the author demonstrates and deduces the thesis by taking the example of h county's assistance teachers' mission to Ninglang Yi Autonomous County in northwest Yunnan Province.The county has won the State Council's “national unity and progress model collective ”.Taking this as an example,this paper analyzes the management case of volunteer teachers in the west of China from the microcosmic angle,expounds the existing problems in detail,and analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the existing problems,which has strong reliability and validity.I am well aware that there are still many deficiencies in the thesis,such as the idea,layout,theory,material integration and case selection.Therefore,the paper may be helpful to improve the management of teachers in the west of Jiangsu province.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1: Introduction,mainly for the research background,significance,literature review,and research methods.Chapter 2: Explain the related concepts and related basic theories.Chapter 3: Discuss the present situation of the volunteer teachers in the west from Jiangsu province,including the history of the teachers in the west,the relevant laws and regulations of the state,and some problems in the practice of the management.Chapter 4: Analysis of the case of volunteer teachers from H county.By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the effect of volunteer teachers' education management in the western area of China.Chapter 5: Suggestions for improving the management of volunteer teachers from Jiangsu Province teaching in the west.Chapter 6: Conclusion: We should improve the political position,strengthen the organization and leadership,strengthen the supervision of the executive power,protect the rights and interests of teachers,make good compensation for the loss of teachers,and try to carry out the work of supporting education in the west of Jiangsu province.
