Research On Educational Poverty Alleviation And Countermeasures In H City Of Henan Province

China's "13th-Five Year Plan" mentioned that the most important thing to achieve the overall poverty alleviation of the country is to commit to poverty alleviation through education.The general secretary pointed out that in order to get rid of poverty,we must " cure the poor first,cure the fool first,help the poor first,help the wisdom first ".In the process of poverty alleviation practice for many years,governments at all levels and education departments have realized the poverty alleviation of education,but there are still many deficiencies in education in many backward areas,which need to be studied and analyzed in-depth,take the conclusions as a reference,provide guidance for the work of poverty alleviation of education,and accelerate the speed of poverty alleviation.China released the first China Education Poverty Alleviation Blue Book,China Education Support Poverty Report,in the content of this report,shows that through the joint efforts of all sectors of society,the work of poverty alleviation and development in poor areas of our country has made remarkable achievements at this stage.However,with the deepening of education poverty alleviation,the situation of education development in poor areas of our country is still not optimistic,and there are great problems in the implementation level of education poverty alleviation,which need to be solved urgently.Taking H city as an example,this paper first discusses the background and significance of the research,literature review of relevant research at home and abroad,and systematic elaboration of research methods and research ideas.Secondly,it defines the related core concept and the related theory.Next,this article analyzes the H city education poverty alleviation basic situation,the impoverished population's cognition to the education poverty alleviation and H city education poverty alleviation practice as the foundation,the main question also concentrates on the poverty alleviation object identification,the education poverty alleviation help measure,the poverty alleviation management itself level.And then it puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of poverty alleviation in education in H city,including constructing accurate identification mechanism,perfect precision help mechanism,perfect precision management mechanism to strengthen the poverty alleviation effect of education in H city.Although government departments have been trying to optimize the allocation of educational resources in recent years and hope that all citizens can enjoy public services on a relatively equal basis,the work of poverty alleviation in education takes a long time to find out the problems that arise in the work of poverty alleviation in education.
