Private colleges self-finance school funding,self-finance profits and losses,have private and social capital investment.They have the characteristics of enterprises under the market economy.Private colleges need to use various methods to reduce the cost of ineffective costs and maximize the benefits.Industrial Engineering is to use the expertise and technology of mathematics,physics and social sciences to diagnose,analyze,improve,optimize and quantify various production and business management systems,and confirm,predict and evaluate the results achieved in order to maximize Shorten the working time,improve work efficiency,and increase the output rate of existing resources without investment or with less investment;the theories and methods of Industrial Engineering are not only applied in the field of industrial production,but are now widely used in other fields toprovide theoretical support to reduce enterprise costs and improve enterprise efficiency and effectiveness.Therefore,applying the theories and methods of Industrial Engineering to the improvement of enterprise employee salary distribution should help to improve the management optimization of the enterprise human resource system,thereby improving the efficiency of resource management and obtaining higher resource management benefits.The article uses the theories and methods of Industrial Engineering to analyze and evaluate the work of teachers in private colleges,the optimization of teachers' salary structure elements,and the design and quantification of teachers' salary distribution.By visiting,investigating and researching the relevant research subjects of the teaching staff of Quanzhou F College and teachers' salary distribution,the status of their teachers' salary distribution is analyzed,and the satisfaction survey of their teachers' salary distribution is analyzed;the efficiency analysis using ECRS Method and Time Measurement Method,5W1 H Method to analyze the teaching place and working post of "dual teacher" teachers;the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process to design "dual teacher" teacher performance evaluation and job evaluation;the use of Industrial Engineering Work Research Method to analyze the generation and distribution of teachers' salary distribution and optimize the structure of teachers 'salary;use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the weights of the structure of teachers' salary,and then quantify the distribution of teachers' salary;Finally,use Industrial Engineering methods to analyze the effect of optimized teachers' salary distribution.The study rationally uses the salary structure to improve the distribution of teachers' salaries,appropriately raise the level of teachers' salaries,enhance the competitiveness of the teachers' salary market,and promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the school,so that the cost of teachers' accounting for schools' salaries does not rise but declines.After calculation and verification,After the teachers' salary reform and optimization,although the teacher s' salary distribution accounted for the college's annual school funding increased by 8.5%,but promoted school income increased by about 22%,the school's teachers' salary accounting costs did not rise,the salary income of the "dual teacher" teachers is better than that of the non-dual teachers.The newly designed teachers' salary distribution table is competitive and attractive to the "dual teacher" teachers;the reformed teachers' salary distribution Satisfaction is higher than before the reform.The article attempts to apply the relevant theories and methods of Industrial Engineering to the optimization of teachers' salary distribution in Quanzhou F College,provides some ideas for solving the optimization of teachers' salary distribution in private colleges,and provides a reference for the reform of the "dual teacher" teachers' salary system in private colleges.
