With the continuous progress of modern science,the talent training framework with low-level knowledge and low-level competence as training objectives has seriously lags behind the new requirements of social development for talent literacy.Subsequently,the teaching design model of high-level ability and the construction of high-level ability evaluation indicators came into being,and different regions and countries have launched project practice.This article takes the classroom-oriented highly operational instructional design method—Growing Problem-Based Learning(GPBL)as the theoretical guidance,and draws on the two teaching practices it carried out to draw a high-level ability evaluation framework.This research first understands the cultivation and evaluation of higher-order abilities on the basis of existing literature.After grasping the basic research status,the basic concepts and connotations of high-order abilities are defined.After that,with the help of the first classroom practice carried out by the GPBL model,the learner's learning process was sorted out,and the learning characteristics and elements were summarized,Classroom observation,interviews,and analysis of student works are used to extract the learner's learning behavior characteristics.The elements of the teaching model are combined to form a high-level ability evaluation framework under the GPBL mode,which determines the evaluation points and lays the foundation for the development of the evaluation framework.After modifying and perfecting the framework according to actual problems in classroom practice,the five competence dimensions of analysis,decision-making,collaboration,creation,and remote migration were finally formed,including a total of 13 evaluation points including organization,differentiation,construction,and criticism.Subsequently,with the help of the second teaching practice carried out by the GPBL model,the survey framework and guidance were used to compile survey questions and topics.Through questionnaire surveys,classroom observations,and learner self-reported material analysis,the development of learners' higher-order abilities Explore,and finally draw the corresponding conclusions.
