Education equity is the common pursuit of human society,the basis of social equity,and an important symbol to measure the level of civilization of a country.The state regards education equity as a national basic education policy,and has issued a series of policies to promote the development of education and comprehensively enhance the comprehensive strength of the state.As an important part of basic education,pre-school education plays an important role in the development of human life.However,under the historical influence of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,there are many problems in pre-school education in China,such as the large gap between urban and rural development,regional development imbalance and so on.In order to effectively promote the overall development of China's education,promote the integration of urban and rural pre-school education,and realize education equity,under the guidance of the national education strategy,Kunming City,Yunnan province implemented the action plan in 2014.The action plan selects a number of provincial level demonstration parks to lead rural kindergartens,and promotes the integrated development of urban and rural pre-school education in the way of precise support and education.As the first batch of selected demonstration parks,Kunming S Kindergarten actively explored and innovated in the practice of leading the development of Rural Kindergartens,formed a distinctive development concept and management mode,and achieved remarkable results,which had a positive impact on the development of rural preschool education in Kunming,and had typical and reference value in the development of urban and rural pre-school integration.This study takes Kunming S Kindergarten and its leading Rural Kindergartens X and Y as cases.From the perspective of educational equity and educational ecology theory,it uses literature analysis,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the practice of precision education in S Kindergarten.On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the practice and exploration of precision education in S kindergarten,this paper combs its development process,summarizes its practical experience,characteristics andeffectiveness,further discusses its problems and deficiencies in practice and analyzes the causes of the problems,and based on the reflection of the case,puts forward the existing misunderstandings in the practice of precision education and the principles to be followed in practice,and puts forward the promotion The idea of the integrated development of urban and rural preschool education--to build an integrated urban and rural preschool education ecosystem,aiming to further promote the in-depth development of precision education in S kindergarten,and to provide for the promotion of the integrated construction of urban and rural preschool education in Yunnan Province and other similar areas of the country reference.
