In the process of the continuous improvement and development of higher education in our country,the importance of the construction of counselor team in independent colleges has been highlighted.The counselors of independent colleges are the intimate friends and guides for college students to grow up and become talents.Based on the actual situation of College of technology and engineering of Lanzhou University of science and technology,and on the basis of combing relevant policies and systems,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the team composition and incentive measures of counselors in independent colleges,and finds that there are some problems in the team construction of counselors in independent colleges,such as inadequate allocation standards,imperfect management system and incomplete assessment and incentive system,which cause the problems.In order to provide reference for the high-quality development of counselors in independent colleges,the paper puts forward strategies to optimize the incentive measures of counselors in terms of the assessment system of counselors and the construction of a reasonable welfare and compensation system.
