The compulsory education of left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese is a prominent problem in the society of the hometown of overseas Chinese.Because it involves different countries and nationalities,the problems of left behind children in overseas Chinese villages when they receive compulsory education have the characteristics of "overseas Chinese villages".The left behind children in overseas Chinese villages not only have the problems of unclear learning purpose or incorrect attitude,unsatisfactory academic performance,loneliness in psychology,lack of extracurricular activities beneficial to physical and mental health,but also have the transnational characteristics of noble psychology,lack of sense of belonging and security,which makes the left behind children in overseas Chinese villages in a disadvantageous state of their own and social development And there is a trend towards problem-based development.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the current situation of the compulsory education of the left behind children and the implementation of the responsibilities of the township government in Haikou Town,Qingtian County.It is found that there are some deficiencies in the compulsory education of left behind children in overseas Chinese villages,such as the lack of sense of responsibility of grass-roots government staff,the blurry definition of responsibilities,the lack of financial support,and the inadequate transformation of management means and methods.In view of these problems,this paper proposes that the grass-roots government of Qiaoxiang should first reform itself,change its ideas,build a service-oriented government,clarify its responsibilities,build a responsible government,and strengthen its coordination capacity.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement measures of the basic level government to change the management mode and innovate the management method.By providing better social and public services suitable for the left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese,we can solve the problems encountered in the compulsory education of the left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese,form a joint effort to care and care for the left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese,so as to solve the problem of the compulsory education of the left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese,and solve the problem of the left behind children in the hometown of overseas Chinese Worry,improve the quality of future workers,and promote the harmonious development of the economy and society in the hometown of overseas Chinese.
