The subject curriculum standard is a disciplinary expression of talent training specifications,a national teaching instructional document,and an important basis for teachers to implement teaching.Teachers 'teaching based on curriculum standards fully reflects the professionalism of teachers' teaching.So far,China's compulsory education curriculum standards(2011 revised version)have been promulgated for nearly ten years,but how to measure the extent to which teachers follow the ideas advocated by the curriculum standards,and the problem of teaching according to the curriculum standards has not been effectively resolved.Therefore,this study based on the teaching element theory and Lewin's field dynamics theory,combined with the actual investigation,conducted a systematic analysis of the degree to which the frontline teachers implement the curriculum standards and the factors that affect the teachers' implementation of the curriculum standards.The first-line teachers provide some feasible suggestions based on the curriculum standard teaching,and promote the teachers' teaching activities towards professionalization.This research mainly uses questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods.According to the principle of stratified cluster sampling,200 primary school mathematics teachers in Lanzhou were selected as the research object,based on the teacher as the main body to reveal the process of implementing curriculum standards That is,teachers' contact with the curriculum standards-familiarity-understanding and understanding,acceptance,to the practice of the curriculum standards,and finally to the evaluation and reflection of the curriculum standards.The results of the survey on the implementation of curriculum standards by teachers show that teachers are generally familiar with curriculum standards and do not really understand their connotations;teachers have a high degree of recognition of the basic concepts of curriculum standards,but lack of self-awareness;classroom teaching methods have changed,but the teaching objectives Suspension and classroom teaching evaluation are missing;teachers are generally satisfied with curriculum standards and teaching reflection is not in-depth;the degree of implementation of curriculum standards varies greatly between teachers and schools.In order to explore which factors have an impact on the implementation of curriculum standards for teachers,this article refers to the existing theoretical framework and combines the actual situation from the three aspects of the curriculum standard itself,the subject(the teacher)and the external factors that implement the curriculum standards.Several factors affect teachers' implementation of curriculum standards.On this basis,through Lewin's position analysis method: analyze the strength of supporting factors and opposing factors,strengthen supporting factors,guide or retrieve opposing factors,build a dynamic system for teachers to implement curriculum standards,and then force teachers to implement curriculum standards..The research results show that the factors that support teachers to implement the curriculum standards are in order from strength to weakness,the strength of the teaching and research team,the management and support of school leaders,and the factors that hinder teachers from implementing the curriculum standards,from strength to weakness,in order to obtain special training opportunities on curriculum standards.Less,the constraints of evaluation systems and high-stakes examinations,insufficient teachers' own abilities and qualities,and poor operability of curriculum standards.Finally,on the basis of the foregoing,aiming at the problems existing in the implementation of curriculum standards by teachers,and unblocking or retrieving opposition factors,some feasible suggestions for promoting the implementation of curriculum standards by teachers are provided: First,pay attention to teacher training and expand various teacher training methods tailored to local conditions The second is to improve the quality of classroom teaching evaluation and carry out academic evaluations based on curriculum standards;the third is to develop appropriate teaching resources and advocate standards-based teaching activities;the fourth is to improve the operability of curriculum standards and explore methods based on curriculum standards And strategies;Fifth,establish a feedback system for the implementation of curriculum standards to enhance teachers' awareness of curriculum standards.
