| Football is a team sport,the cooperation between players is an important factor affecting the football match.In recent years,with the gradual deepening of China’s research on team sports,the relationship between football team members,their abilities and their roles in the team have become a research focus.This text USES the method of documents and materials,questionnaire investigation,interview method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the basis of "belbin team role theory",the fourth session of the universiade in gansu province tended to the role of women’s football team b team players and teams team roles equilibrium condition comparison,analysis of distribution teams roles,as well as the effects on overall performance.Through the discussion,it is expected to provide reference for the practice of gansu university women’s second group football team.This study takes the role tendency of the position of the college students in Gansu Province women’s Group B soccer team as the research object,applies the "Belbin team Role Theory" questionnaire to conduct empirical research,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The women’s football Team of Tianshui Normal University was founded the earliest,the members have long training years,most of them are first-class athletes,and the team has rich competition experience;The women’s football teams of Gansu University of Political Science and Law,Lanzhou City University and Northwest Normal University were established in the same time,and their training years were basically the same.Most of the players were second-level athletes,and the teams had less competition experience.(2)Center players tend to be perfectionists,promoters and coordinators;The role of wingman tends to be innovator,aggregator and informant.The role of forward player tends to condense,coordinate and perfect;The role of the defensive midfielder tends to be the promoter,doer and cohesion player.Centre-back roles tend to be doers,perfectionists and informers;Full-back players tend to be perfectionists,doers and promoters;Goalkeepers tend to be overseers,perfectionists.(3)The team roles of Tianshui Normal University and Gansu University of Political Science and Law were balanced,and there was no role loss.Doers and perfecters had more role tendency and higher degree of role tendency.The team roles of Lanzhou City University and Northwest Normal University are unbalanced,and the team members with the tendency of supervisor,promoter and innovator are absent.There is a certain relationship between the number of core members and team performance.If the number of core members is more evenly distributed,team performance is relatively better and the degree of conforming to the role orientation is higher.(4)The team role tendency of Tianshui Normal University and Gansu University of Political Science and Law is in line with the role orientation,and the team role is balanced.The team strength is high in execution,and there is no difference between innovation and leadership.Most of the teams of Lanzhou City University and Northwest Normal University have a role tendency that does not conform to the role orientation,and the role of the team is unbalanced.The team strength is high in execution,and there is a large gap between innovation and leadership.This study puts forward the following suggestions for the conclusion of the research on the role tendency of the college women’s team in Group B of Gansu Province:(1)The women’s football team of Tianshui Normal University needs to strengthen the training of the players in the backfield position,gansu University of Political Science and Law needs to strengthen the training of the players in the midfield position,northwest Normal University and Lanzhou City University need to strengthen the training of the players in the midfield position,the backfield position and the goalkeeper position.Coaches and players of the four teams need to communicate with each other to establish mutual trust and reduce conflicts among players.(2)When positioning the positions and roles of the women’s football team in Colleges in Gansu Province,the selection of the players is carried out according to the role tendency of the team,and the role of the center players tends to be perfectionists,promoters and coordinators;The role of wingman tends to be innovator,aggregator and informant.The role of forward player tends to condense,coordinate and perfect;The role of the defensive midfielder tends to be the promoter,doer and cohesion player.Centre-back roles tend to be doers,perfectionists and informers;Full-back players tend to be perfectionists,doers and promoters;The role of goalkeeper tends to be the supervisor and the perfectionist.(3)In the balance of the roles of women’s football team in Gansu Universities,tianshui Normal University women’s football team should appropriately reduce the roles of doer and perfectionist.Too many of these two roles will affect the conflicts between the players and the balance of the roles of the team,and the imbalance of the roles of the team will lead to the decline of the performance of the whole team.The women’s football team of Gansu University of Political Science and Law should reduce condensers and perfecters,and make proper adjustment with other roles for the development of the team.Women’s football team of Lanzhou City University should cultivate the innovator role.The women’s football team of Northwest Normal University should cultivate more promoters and supervisors in the future,and the coaches should understand the roles of each player in the development process of the team in the future,and actively apply belbin’s team role theory to ensure that the whole team plays a great role and create higher results for the team.(4)The coaches of women’s football teams in colleges and universities in Gansu province should allocate the positions of the players consciously through the orientation of roles,and adjust the core players to the positions of the front,middle and back field if conditions allow.When there is a conflict between the team members and the coach on position allocation,the conflict should be solved through mutual communication and comprehensive analysis of the needs of the team and the team members.When necessary,the team members should sacrifice their own interests to obey the arrangement of the coach,and the coach should coordinate the overall situation to cultivate the core members. |
