Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Primary School Physical Education In National Poverty County Of Shanxi Province

Physical education is beneficial to enhance students’ physique,help students’ health,and cultivate students’ lifelong sports consciousness.Physical education is the key to improve the quality of education in an all-round way,and it plays an irreplaceable role in improving students’ intellectual education and sports ability.Shilou county is a state-level poor county,the development is relatively backward.In recent years,with the deepening of China’s basic education reform,primary school physical education as a whole has been a certain development.But rural primary school sports education,especially the poverty-stricken counties and urban elementary school sports teaching of primary school sports education gap is still very obvious,and even some schools for teachers,sites,equipment,capital and ideas,the influence of elementary school physical education to carry out,severely deprived part of elementary school students activities of sports education rights,So that they can not enjoy the happiness of sports,can not improve their physical quality through physical education.Based on this,this paper takes Shilou County as an example to study the general situation of primary school sports in Shilou County,a national poverty-stricken county,and puts forward appropriate methods and countermeasures to promote the development of primary school sports in poverty-stricken areas.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The planning and implementation of primary school physical education curriculum in Shilou County,a national poverty-stricken county in Shanxi Province,is subject to the local social environment and economic development level.The loss of students in rural primary and secondary schools leads to the reduction of the number and scale of rural primary and secondary schools.Therefore,the development is slow and the teaching situation is not very optimistic.In this case,the enthusiasm of teachers and students has not been brought into full play.The state should further increase the preference for education in poor areas.(2)Generally speaking,primary school students usually like or prefer sports,but their satisfaction with sports is different;Due to the special social situation in poor areas,parents do not pay attention to physical education,and some students pay less attention to physical education.Teachers should provide scientific and reasonable guidance and establish a correct understanding of sports among students and parents.(3)The professional level of primary school physical education teachers in Shilou county is high,there are problems in the ratio of gender and age of physical education teachers,and the salary level of teachers needs to be improved.At present,primary school physical education should give full play to the enthusiasm of teachers and students,learn from each other,and effectively improve the quality and level of physical education teaching.We should strengthen the use and supervision of teaching funds and effectively improve the enthusiasm of physical education teachers in terms of system and treatment.(4)Primary school sports equipment,venues and students’ participation time basically meet the requirements,but there are also problems of shortage and aging of equipment and venues.Increase financial investment to ensure the normal opening of physical education;Increase financial investment and enrich the content of primary school sports;Increase financial investment and expand students’ sports knowledge.Through the study of physical education in Shilou County,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)to speed up the economic development of poor areas,play to the rural education popularization and the development of the important role in society,improve school physical education,etc.,the site of the equipment for the basic sports teaching to lay a good foundation,strengthen support for stone floor county to talent,to better promote the development of the stone floor county elementary school sports teaching.(2)Do a good job of scientific and reasonable guidance,set up students and parents of the correct understanding of sports.Resolutely resist the ignorance of physical education and the concept of physical education teachers themselves,deny the importance of physical education courses in thought.Change parents’ traditional understanding and deviation of sports development,abandon sports useless theory.Strengthen students’ sports motivation and interest,give students the correct cognition of sports.(3)Strengthen the construction of teachers,smooth the training channels for primary PE teachers,vigorously carry out various teacher training activities,encourage PE teachers to actively participate in PE teaching;Increase the recruitment of PE teachers,take corresponding measures to attract PE teachers employment;Improve the teaching ability of PE teachers.(4)Ensure the basic sports facilities of the school,increase the investment of funds,ensure the development of school sports work,and strive to create favorable conditions for the construction of shilou County primary school sports school.
