The national education conference carries out the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China "to carry out the task of Building Morality and cultivating people,and to develop quality education".It puts forward that education should strengthen and improve school aesthetic education in an all-round way,adhere to aesthetic education,beautify people,and improve students' aesthetic and humanistic qualities.In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued the opinions on Calligraphy Education in primary and secondary schools,making calligraphy teaching a compulsory course in basic education.Teachers are fundamental to the development of excellent traditional culture education and the innovation of primary school aesthetic education.Without a qualified teaching staff,education is nothing.For a long time,influenced by various internal and external factors such as the development of science and technology,social mentality,policy and system,quite a part of primary school calligraphy education and teaching has not been carried out well,and the current situation of the construction of primary school calligraphy teachers is not optimistic.In view of this,this study selects the primary school calligraphy teachers in X District of Xinyang as the research object and synthesizes a large number of documents.On the basis of theoretical research on the construction of primary school calligraphy teachers,taking three primary schools with outstanding calligraphy education in X district as examples,it conducts in-depth and detailed investigation and Research on the construction of their calligraphy teachers' team,reveal the existing outstanding problems,analyze the causes one by one,and explore solutions.This study consists of six parts.The first part introduces the reason and significance of this study,summarizes and analyzes the relevant research literature at home and abroad,and introduces the overall ideas and methods of this study.The second part studies the concept,content and requirements of the construction of calligraphy teachers in primary schools.It provides a theoretical basis for finding,analyzing and solving problems in this study.The third part through the investigation and analysis,reveals that the primary school calligraphy teachers in X District of Xinyang pay less attention,the structure is unreasonable,the professional level is not high,the training is not in place and so on.In the fourth part,aiming at the outstanding problems in the construction of calligraphy teachers in primary schools,the author analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of ideological understanding,institutional mechanism,moral and artistic cultivation.The fifth part focuses on the construction of the primary school calligraphy teachers' team with "noble teachers' morality,exquisite business,reasonable structure and full of vitality".Focusing on the four basic requirements of "ensuring the direction,strengthening the guarantee,highlighting the teachers' morality and deepening the reform",it puts forward to improve the ideological position,strengthen the personnel training system,the establishment system,the qualification certification system,the title system,the post performance wage system and other systems Based on the excellent experience and practice in the construction of calligraphy teachers in primary schools,this paper puts forward feasible concrete measures and suggestions,to provide support and reference for strengthening and improving the construction of calligraphy teachers in Xinyang x District primary school.It is expected to contribute to the construction of calligraphy teachers in the primary schools of this district and to the improvement of calligraphy education in the primary schools of X district and even Xinyang.
