Our country is now during the phase of transition of society,and,therefore,the establishment of current teenagers' view of world,view of life and view of value is severely affected by the economic globalization and cultural variation.Thus,it is necessary to enhance the intensity of ideological and political education towards current teenagers.Educating with real-life examples,which concretes the abstract spirits of examples,is a traditional method of ideological education,and it has been playing an important role in the ideological education towards teenagers.Those real-life examples,on which the education with real-life examples is based,are seeds of goodness that educators put inside the students,and those seeds will finally affect the effect of the education with real-life examples.Thus,to do research on the application of education with examples is essential for enhancing the quality of education with real-life examples,enlarging the influence of education with real-life examples on teenagers and promoting the effect of ideological education.Junior high students are during the special phase of mental and physical transition,and,especially,their ideology is during the transition from ideology of children to that of teenagers.Thus,in the ethical and legal education towards junior students,to better apply real-life models into education and to enhance the effect of education,it is necessary to do heavy research on how to apply the real-life models into junior students' life and in-class study.This article will,from a new angle,by viewing the real-life models as the a kind of course resource,aiming at inspiring students' interest inside the junior high <ethics and laws> class,promoting the education with real-life examples,mainly analyze the reason why the application of real-life examples into ethical and legal education towards junior high students has problems,and give practical solutions.This article mainly researches on the problems on the application of real-life examples into ethical and legal education towards junior high students.The whole is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction part of this paper,mainly writing the background and significance of the topic,the status quo and review of the research,as well as the research ideas and methods;the second chapter mainly explains the concept of real-life examples and real-life examples resources in theory and studies the theoretical basis of real-life examples,and demonstrates the value of application of real-life examples in ethical and legal education in junior highs.The third chapter investigates the status of the application of real-life examples in ethical and legal education in junior middle school,and finds that the content expansion of real-life examples is not sufficient,the content promotion is not sufficient,and the utilization mode is not diversified.Chapter four analyzes the reasons for the poor effect of real-life examples in ethical and legal education in junior highs from three aspects: ontology,subject and environment.Chapter five discusses the application strategies of real-life examples in ethical and legal in junior highs,mainly from the three aspects of content expansion of real-life examples,innovation and developmentof learning models and in-depth exploration of value connotation.In the final appendix,according to the methods and strategies proposed in the article,the second volume of grade 7,"looking forward to a better collective",is taken as an example for teaching design.
