Study On The Mode Of High-performance Enterprise University System

In the 21 st century,the competition of enterprise is the competition for talent quality.The rise and development of the technological revolution has continuously promoted the transformation of the commercial field and the adjustment of the economic structure.It has also promoted the development of corporate universities.Since the establishment of Hailer enterprise university in 1999,which is a Chinese local enterprise university,corporate universities have a history of nearly 20 years in China.In this process,corporate universities have flourished,involving fields ranging from electrical appliances,computers finance,catering,consulting,Real estate even to the Internet sector such as Alibaba.It plays an important role in the development of talents in China's enterprises,corporate transformation and brand communication,and guiding the enterprises to a learning organization.However,corporate university as a new thing is a high-level form of corporate training.After the prosperity and growth,it has experienced many criticisms.Corporate universities are not recognized by some scholars in traditional higher education,and the level of development is uneven.The lack of integration of the strategy of the parent enterprise the unclear understanding of the functions and positioning,and so many other factors have caused the blindness and inefficiency of many corporate universities.In this case,this paper proposes the core of “high performance” of corporate universities.In the process of China's economic downturn and structural transformation,corporate universities can truly exert the core value of “high performance”,empower the enterprise and become a new engine and booster for change and development of enterprise.This paper uses the literature research method to sort out the theoretical research and related basic theories of domestic and foreign corporate universities.Based on this theory,it uses analytical comparison methods and typical empirical analysis to summarize the connotative characteristics and functions of high-performance corporate universities,and adopts a systematic approach The high-performance enterprise university is analyzed as a system,and the internal and external environmental resources in the input resource system and the internal elements of the operating system are analyzed.The ultimate goal is to achieve the output of the high-performance enterprise university as a system,that is,the realization of strategic functions.Take CMB University as an example,research and analyze the high performance operation system model and guarantee mechanism of CMB University,and put forward suggestions and directions for the high performance operation of China's corporate universities.
