Comprehensive evaluation technique is an important quantitative measure of social statistics and has been studied by many scholars.However,the unitary phenomenon of comprehensive evaluation,the inconsistency of evaluation conclusion and the quality of evaluation effect are still important problems in comprehensive evaluation.For the first two problems,although some scholars have proposed the combination evaluation based on method integration and the group evaluation based on individual integration,it is still unsatisfactory.The treatment of evaluation quality is mainly focused on the theoretical framework and effectiveness and other qualitative discussion.Meta-analysis is a systematic evaluation method originated from evidencebased medicine research.It is a quantitative and scientific synthesis of research results of different literatures.The results of many different evaluation individuals/methods can be integrated,which not only helps to overcome the unitary phenomenon and solve the problem of inconsistent conclusions,but also can realize the quantitative review of evaluation quality.Therefore,based on the meta-analysis theory of evidence-based medicine,this paper tries to establish a meta-analysis comprehensive evaluation method suitable for social science,so as to solve the problems of unitary phenomenon,inconsistent conclusion and evaluation quality.This paper mainly focuses on the quantitative integration of research results of different literatures and the quality evaluation of research literatures.Firstly,based on the systematic analysis of the basic methods of meta-analysis and comprehensive evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages of group evaluation and combination evaluation methods were analyzed,and the idea of meta-analysis comprehensive evaluation based on social science was proposed.Secondly,a meta-analysis integration method based on rank evaluation was established.First,the necessary conditions for the integration of evaluation results based on ranking are demonstrated.Secondly,aiming at the ranking evaluation results,a meta-analysis dispersion maximization integration method and a result consistency correction method based on value ranking were constructed.Meta-analysis Borda method,Copeland method and digraph correction method are integrated models based on rank ranking.The advantages of the integration model are verified by an example.Thirdly,a comprehensive evaluation quality evaluation system based on metaanalysis is constructed.According to the comprehensive evaluation process,the problems of frame construction,index design,evaluation technology and quality evaluation of evaluation results are discussed.Based on the literature quality evaluation of Meta-analysis,the evaluation framework based on qualitative evaluation table was established.A Meta-analysis based comprehensive integrated feature index design method is proposed.The evaluation technology of ANOVA-MFA is proposed.The different sources of research results were considered and the differences of specific sources were calculated.Finally,the integration and quality assessment methods based on meta-analysis are applied to the comprehensive evaluation of university ranking results.Aiming at the inconsistency in the evaluation results of various university rankings,this paper analyzes 8 major ranking systems and 63 ranking tables in China,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of Chinese university rankings based on metaanalysis.The sources of differences between the rankings were evaluated and the differences between the rankings were calculated.Based on the integrated analysis of the ranking results of the four major comprehensive league tables,the paper finds out the problems in the methods of university ranking and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.
