Education is a systematic project.The comprehensive development of students is inseparable from the joint cooperation of family,school and society.Among them,family and school are important places for children to grow up.The cooperation between family and school is particularly important.Home-school cooperation has becoming a hot topic of common concern for researchers,in the context of the current educational reform.The state has also issued a series of policy documents to regulate and guide home-school cooperation,and the school has also issued a series of specific home-school cooperation measures.Today,as families and schools are getting closer and closer,home-school conflicts occur frequently.This disorder of home-school relationship deviates from the direction of education reform and development,and children become the biggest victims in this game.Especially at the elementary school stage,children 's physical and mental development is not yet mature.Family and school education at this stage plays a vital role in the overall development of children.The extremely discordant phenomenon of home-school conflict needs to be resolved urgently.This paper makes an empirical study on the current situation of home-school conflict and explores strategies to resolve it,with the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad,and based on the theory of home-school cooperation and conflict management,this paper mainly uses literature research method,interview survey method and questionnaire survey method.Through investigation,it is found that home-school conflicts are universal,hidden,complex,and intermediary with children.Home-school conflicts are mainly manifested in educational goals,educational content,educational methods,educational evaluation,and educational management.The survey also found a new focus of conflict between home and school,that is,conflict between students,leading to conflict between parents,and ultimately into a conflict between the class teacher and parents(home-school conflict).We analyze the causes of home-school conflicts from three aspects: family,school and society,and put forward strategies to resolve home-school conflicts.Families,schools,and society need to focus on a common goal,do their job,and work together.On the family side,parents clearly and assume the responsibility for their children's education;constantly improve their cultural level;actively communicate with the school,establish a sense of home-school cooperation;when conflicts between students,they can correct their positions.In terms of schools,the school management level should pay attention to and optimize home-school cooperation,establish and improve related mechanisms to prevent home-schoolcooperation,strengthen teacher management,and enhance the professional qualities of teachers;at the teacher level,first of all,a good relationship between teachers and students must be established,followed by strengthening Communicate with parents,pay attention to communication methods and skills.In terms of society,we will give play to the leading role of the new media and create a social atmosphere that respects teachers,attach importance to education and unite family and school to help students grow healthily.
