Subject consciousness is conducive to the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and the construction of a harmonious society.The status of social subject consciousness is the barometer of the level of social development.Lack of subject consciousness will seriously retard the social progress.And wrong subject consciousness can cause social internal conflict and disorder.The right subject consciousness will greatly stimulate the vitality and creativity of society,promoting the development of society in the right way.The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of College Students under the new situation(No.31 Document)is a programmatic document for our party to look far ahead to improve the ideological and political quality of college students and promote the comprehensive development of college students.We should comply with the development requirements of the times,actively develop the subjective consciousness of college students,and improve their ideological and political quality.We need to give play to enthusiasm,initiative and creativity to develop the unity of human autonomy and cooperation,freedom and responsibility,inheritance and creativity,so as to push forward the forming of social subject awareness and the development of social progress.The contemporary university students have their different characteristics and defects.Only when they have a clear understanding of themselves,improve themselves and their comprehensive quality,can they obtain the better self-fulfillment and self-development.University years has been regarded as the prime age of developing subject consciousness.Hence,we should utilize subjective initiative to establish good subject consciousness.This dissertation discusses how to cultivate the subjective consciousness of university students and improve their comprehensive quality.The dissertation chooses“Study on the influential factors and cultivation of the subjective consciousness of university students" as the object,aiming to discuss the impacts of the subjective consciousness of university students and how to provide theoretical basis and specific plan for cultivating the subjective consciousness of university students with the socialist mainstream consciousness,three principles and specific measures.The theoretical basis and specific plan are provided for the cultivation of the subject consciousness for the goal of promoting the all-round development of university students and cultivating qualified builders and successors for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The dissertation is composed of five parts,and begins with the introduction as the first part.The second part expounds the basic concepts and related theories about the subject consciousness.The third part analyzes the status quo and existing problem through empirical analysis.The fourth part covers the impact factors on the subject consciousness of students from the perspective of society,higher education institutions,families and individuals.The last part discusses in detail the measures and paths to cultivate the subject consciousness of students.
