Curriculum setting and implementation is an important carrier and process for undergraduate talent training in universities,and its construction and implementation level directly determines the quality of talent training for preschool teachers in China.New Zealand,as a country with well-developed preschool education,has gained international recognition for the quality of its preschool teachers.Therefore,the in-depth thinking on the professional curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand universities is helpful to provide new ideas for the improvement of the quality of preschool teachers' education in China and new thoughts for the development of China's preschool education.This study comprehensively used the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and content analysis to study the undergraduate courses of preschool education major in New Zealand universities.The study consists of four parts: The first part mainly expounds the background and origin of the research,the significance of the research,the research results of the New Zealand preschool education curriculum at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts,and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second part describes the New Zealand preschool education undergraduate curriculum,mainly including two aspects: curriculum objectives and curriculum content.Based on the establishment of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand universities,this paper describes the curriculum objectives of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand universities.Then,taking the establishment of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in three universities in New Zealand as the main research object,this paper summarizes the contents of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand universities from three aspects: general education curriculum,professional curriculum,education practice curriculum.The third part,on the basis of mastering a large number of foreign literature,summarizes and discusses the implementation and evaluation of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand.The fourth part,on the basis of the setting,implementation and evaluation of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education in New Zealand,refinishes the characteristics of New Zealand University preschool education undergraduate curriculum: In terms of curriculum objectives,New Zealand's preschool education not only pays attention to the needs of preschool teachers and the needs of the development of preschool education discipline,but also takes into account the development plan of preschool education major in colleges and universities at the same time.In terms of curriculum content,New Zealand's preschool education major offers many new courses,such as special education,multicultural courses,family and community courses,which inject fresh blood into the curriculum.In terms of curriculum implementation,New Zealand's preschool education major adopts a variety of teaching methods and different teaching methods for different types of curriculum learning.In terms of curriculum evaluation,New Zealand's preschool education curriculum evaluation objectives are clear,the implementation process of evaluation runs through the entire teaching process,focusing on the feedback of the evaluation results.The fifth part,on the basis of collecting and sorting out the problems existing in the undergraduate curriculum setting and implementation of preschool education major in Chinese universities,combined with the characteristics of the undergraduate curriculum of preschool education major in New Zealand universities,put forward targeted improvement strategies: Reasonably set the curriculum target of preschool education specialty;Enrich the contents of preschool education professional courses;Improve the quality of preschool education professional curriculum implementation;Improve the evaluation system of preschool education curriculum.
