In this study,the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are used to study the professional adaptability of P.In order to fully understand the current situation of P.E.teachers in the period of professional adaptation,we should make full use of the Internet to interview the graduate students.This paper studies the professional level of P.E.teachers with graduate education,in order to provide reference for P.E.teachers with graduate education to adapt to their jobs as soon as possible,to pass through the period of professional adaptation smoothly,and to improve their professional adaptability in an all-round way.Based on the theory of teachers' professional adaptability,combined with the characteristics of PE Teachers' work in primary and secondary schools and others' questionnaires,and on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,a questionnaire on the professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with postgraduates' academic qualifications has been compiled.This paper attempts to explore the following problems through the combination of quantitative and qualitative research:(1)the graduate students' academic qualifications What is the level of professional adaptability of teachers?(2)What are the factors that affect the level of professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with graduate education?(3)How to improve the professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with graduate education?Based on the self-developed questionnaire on the professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with postgraduates' academic qualifications,taking the new P.E.teachers with postgraduates' academic qualifications in Jiangsu Province as the survey object,this paper studies the current situation of the professional applicability of P.E.teachers with postgraduates' academic qualifications.The research results are as follows:(1)The professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with graduate education can be divided into four dimensions: teaching ability adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,work psychological adaptation and school environment adaptation.(2)The professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with graduate education is in the upper middle level,but the four dimensions are unbalanced.According to the average score of each dimension,the order is: work psychological adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,school environment adaptation,teaching ability adaptation.(3)There is no significant difference in the professional adaptability of P.E.teachers with different personality,school type,student source,degree type and graduate school,but there are differences in marriage and teaching age.(4)This paper mainly puts forward the promotion strategies to improve the professional applicability level of graduate degree physical education teachers from the four aspects of their individual subjectivity,professional ability,professional environment and interpersonal relationship.The strategies include: adjusting mentality,actively responding to challenges;formulating career planning;improving professional ability,growing up in learning and reflection;providing effective results by the education department on-the-job training;perfect pre service education;arrange teachers' work reasonably;improve the living conditions of P.E.teachers with graduate degree;attach importance to communication with leaders and students' parents;create a harmonious campus atmosphere.
