The course of program design penetrates the whole stage of computer related professional training in universities,and its importance is self-evident.In the current teaching practice,most of educators focus on imparting knowledge,paying attention to the students' mastery of the learning content itself and the school record.The arrival of the era of artificial intelligence puts forward new requirements for students' abilities in all aspects,such as creativity,critical thinking,etc.Program course is an important basic content in the field of artificial intelligence.It is not enough for students to learn the knowledge in books under the traditional teaching mode,which is not conducive to the development of students' core literacy,but also to students' better response to future challenges.The blended teaching mode makes full use of the advantages of online and offline teaching,can make full use of the intrinsic value of online teaching resources,provide network interaction platform,change the singleness of teaching evaluation,and is conducive to promoting the development of students' core literacy.This study uses the literature research method to sort out the connotation of core literacy and blended teaching models,and analyzes the research status of computer-related professional programming courses in China.Based on humanistic learning theory,constructivist theory and multiple intelligence theory,taking "21st Century 4C's" as collaboration,communication,creativity,and critical thinking as the core literacy framework.The relationship between the blended teaching model and core literacy is expounded,and a blended teaching model of program courses focusing on students' core literacy is designed with the idea of "group collaborative learning,synchronous and asynchronous communication,competition-driven practical combat,and problem-oriented teaching".Taking the teaching of C language programming course in college as an example for practical application,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to test its effect.The results showed that the students recognized the blended teaching mode focusing on core literacy,and the satisfaction reached 72%.This model is very helpful to learners' ability to communicate with people,communication,creativity and innovation,critical thinking,problem thinking and algorithmic thinking.It can promote the development of students' core qualities to a certain extent.Through the analysis of the relevant data,the study puts forward the teaching suggestions of programming courses in colleges,aimed at improving the enthusiasm and initiative of learners to learn programming,and promoting the development of core literacy.
