imagination is the mechanism of human brain,which plays an important role in individual development and social progress.Literature,art and scientific conception are inseparable from imagination.Imaginative composition is a kind of composition type that students can give full play to their imagination and write down what they see and feel freely.It plays an irreplaceable role in writing teaching.Middle grade composition is the key period connecting the preceding and the following,which is very important to the development of students' writing ability.This paper takes the current situation and teaching strategies of imaginative composition teaching in primary school as the research object,and takes the No.1Primary School attached to Yunnan University as an example to investigate the students and parents in the middle grade of primary school,analyzes the current situation and teaching strategies of imaginative composition teaching in primary school,and discusses the main problems in imaginative composition teaching on this basis.Based on the present situation of examination oriented education,this paper analyzes the specific problems in imaginative composition teaching,discusses its causes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.There are four chapters in this paper.The introduction chapter describes the reasons,research status and research ideas.In the second chapter,on the basis of combing the literature,it clarifies the related concepts of imagination composition and puts forward the teaching requirements of imagination composition.The third chapter analyzes the existing problems and causes of formation.In the fourth chapter,based on the existing practical exploration,aiming at the problems existing in the imagination composition teaching of middle grade students in primary school,the author puts forward the strategies of expanding the reasonable imagination points in the intensive reading texts,using the story taking game in the rotation diary,leaving blank heuristic composition teaching strategies and teachers' special evaluation mode strategies of imagination writings.
