With the continuous progress of society and the reform and development of education,the classroom teaching model of the traditional junior middle school "morality and rule of law" class has been unable to meet the needs of today's social development,and many problems have gradually emerged."Man Tang asked" and "Man Tang filled" and other questions.In order to meet the needs of social development,students should be guided to actively participate in the process of practical teaching.Practical teaching is an important part of transforming theoretical knowledge into practical ability,so that students can apply theoretical knowledge in the classroom to practice through practical teaching.in life.Nowadays,practical teaching is an indispensable and important part of the school's talent training.Therefore,strengthening the practical teaching in the course of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior middle school can effectively make the teaching of "Moral and Rule of Law" out of the predicament and truly realize its educational function.Based on the selection of relevant literature on practical teaching in the past years,the relevant literature is analyzed through literature review.At the same time,the students and teachers of Henan A Middle School were selected as the survey object.Questionnaires were used to distribute the questionnaires to the eighth and ninth grade students of Henan A Middle School.Link information.Through individual interviews,the teachers of the eighth and ninth grades of Moral and Law in Henan A Middle School were interviewed and surveyed to collect the problems in the implementation of the practical teaching process of the ethics and law of junior middle school,including: First,the teacher's study of the teaching material is not deep enough;second,the teacher's understanding of the student is not comprehensive;third,the teacher lacks the consciousness of actively integrating the practical teaching link into the teaching,lacking the sense of responsibility;fourth,the practical teaching link lacks the necessary Practice base;Fifth,the unreasonable design of practical teaching links.At the same time,it also summarizes the guiding principles in the implementation process of the junior middle school "morality and rule of law" course,including practical principles,subjective principles,procedural principles,openness principles,linkage principles and feasibility principles.And on this basis,teachers should delve into textbooks and study and analyze which textbook contents need to be practiced in order to improve the timeliness of the course "Ethics and the Rule of Law";give full play to students' subjectivity;fully develop and use practice The teaching resources and the design of a reasonable practical teaching plan put forward specific implementation countermeasures for strengthening practical teaching in the course of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior middle school.Finally,through the case teaching method,the lesson "Cohesion of Value Pursuit" in the ninth grade of the "Moral and Rule of Law" textbook is selected as a class example,and the specific implementation cases and case reflection are used to test the junior high school Whether the countermeasure theory of the course of strengthening practical teaching in the course of "The Rule of Law" is effective in actual teaching,which provides reference and guidance for teachers to strengthen the practice teaching in the course of "Moral and Rule of Law" in junior high schools.
