home hospitalization is a kind of community health service that has developed well in recent years.In this paper,J Community Hospital Fengxian District of Shanghai to the field point,using a qualitative research method semi-structured interviews and participant observation.Through in-depth interviews with residents' committees,community hospitals,medical staff,and bed service objects,we learned the true status of family bed services in Shanghai suburban community hospitals.The specific reasons for the problems in the development of bed services in the above-mentioned hospitals are analyzed from multiple perspectives: the residents 'committees do not pay attention to home bed services;the survival of community hospitals must take into account both social and economic benefits;and the work of medical staff is not deserved Benefits;the demand for bed services is not specific enough.Through the analysis of its problems,and put forward constructive suggestions: to enhance the coordination of community hospitals with all parties;strengthen the medical service team of home bed services;increase the service content of home bed services;focus on promoting medical insurance and income security policies;equipped with necessary hardware measures.
