As an important part of Chinese teaching,Chinese homework in primary schools can not only help students to consolidate the knowledge they have learned in class,but also help teachers to reflect on their own teaching situation.It is also the most direct reflection of students' learning effect.With the deepening of the curriculum reform,classroom teaching received more attention,but less person make inquires,job design and parents,students and society there are a lot of discontent for homework,ultimately,is out of the job design,job design is the starting point and prerequisite of the job security,if the job design is unreasonable,can cause studentsto lose interest in learning,also cannot achieve the desired effect on the implementation of homework.Therefore,must pay attention to the job design,let the job play due value.To understand the truth of the current primary school Chinese homework design,using the questionnaire in Jiangsu and Shanghai areas of primary school Chinese teachers were investigated,and some of the teachers and students were randomly selected for interview,mainly aimed at the operation idea,operation type,operation time and so on basic situation,through the survey we found the problems of primary school Chinese homework mainly reflects in: monotonicity of job content,working form of machinery,the purpose of the operation test,single homework evaluation.Combined with real life and data analysis,this study analyzes the reasons for these problems in three aspects: first,teachers,teachers' daily work is complicated,the concept of operation is old,lack of design awareness,and too dependent on other materials,lack of independent thinking;The second is the school,the school's assessment system with results as a hard indicator lack of rationality,the management of the work has not been implemented into specific measures;The third is the parents,parents of the understanding of homework is not enough,excessive pursuit of results.Based on the analysis of the above problems and reasons,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the optimization of Chinese homework design in primary schools.Design hierarchical operations that focus on individual differences;Pay attention to the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge and excavate diversified curriculum resources;Combination of long and short assignments;Job evaluation is diversified.Secondly,the school should pay more attention to homework design bycreating a platform for communication,creating school-based homework and optimizing management system.In addition,in terms of teacher education,we should improve pre-service education and increase relevant courses of homework design.Finally,the department in charge of education should pay attention to post-service training and achieve the integration of pre-service and post-service.
