| Homework is an integral part of students’ classroom work.High quality and effective homework design can not only help students consolidate what they have learned,but also develop a sense of independent learning and a good learning attitude.However,because the traditional Chinese homework design often ignores the interests of learners,the form of homework is simple and monotonous,the content is boring and boring,and the quality of homework is poor,leaving hidden dangers to the development of learners’ core quality.Under the background of the introduction of the policy of double reduction in education,efficient Chinese homework design is expected to become the key to change the disadvantages of traditional homework.Although the common problems of daily operation design are pointed out and the general coping strategies are put forward,there is a lack of dynamic,balanced and comprehensive optimization strategies for the improvement of operation problems.Therefore,this paper focuses on the efficient and relevant job design strategies that can solve the problem.Therefore,this study makes comprehensive use of data survey,questionnaire interview,behavior survey and other means to conduct an in-depth study of the current school Chinese homework design.First,summarize and sort out the existing information on the job structure,job problems review,and discuss the importance of optimizing the job design.Then,according to the purpose of the study,formulate a plan,summarize the problems,explore the reasons.After clarifying the objects,contents and methods of the investigation,the students of Grade 5 and 6 of a primary school in Qingdao are selected to conduct the investigation from three dimensions,namely the amount of work,the quality of work and the pressure of work.At the same time,senior Chinese teachers were given questionnaires,and some questions were interviewed,and the status quo was summarized according to the survey results and interview records.Thirdly,according to the new Chinese curriculum standard,it tries to construct the theoretical conception of Chinese homework design from the aspects of homework type,homework content and homework implementation.On this basis,it carries out three rounds of action research.The first round carries out the action of double infiltration of concept and theory,make teachers clear the necessity of homework design;In the second round,teachers can deepen the thought of homework design in practice by optimizing the content and enriching the form of homework from multiple perspectives.In the third round of action,students are included in the evaluation subject for interactive evaluation,and resources are co-built and shared to solve the problem of teachers’ excessive burden of homework design and evaluation.Finally,according to the three rounds of action research process and results,from the following four aspects: expand the design ideas,innovate the implementation path of homework,strengthen the multi-subject participation,form the homework design community,further summarize the optimization of primary school Chinese homework design,improve the quality of homework design,reduce the burden of students. |
