For a long time,classroom teaching is a common phenomenon: the students are busy do over of homework,the teachers are busy don't play of homework,teaching and a lot of homework did not get satisfactory effect,on the contrary,students also emerge a batch left behind third of learning.In this context,how to do a good job in effective job design has become a time demands.In order to understand the situation of the primary school Chinese homework design,we made a sampling interview so we of the sixth grade primary school students and teachers,and looked up some elementary student's exercise books,and some for a few primary school teachers' teaching design extremely job design is studied.Survey found that the problems of three aspect;one is that the language ability is made to solve the problem,therefore,a lot of homework,made to test for the purpose of“workbook”;Optional,blind,2 it is homework assignments most of what the assignment without a clear purpose and targeted;3 it is homework in the classroom teaching,there has been no contact with other teaching elements or contact is not close.This paper argues that should accord with characteristics of Chinese subject assignment is copying,read more,write more and more back,copying,as well as the process of reading,writing,back is the process of operation,as a result,Chinese homework design is in fact our writing and reading,writing,teaching design,is the harmony between ‘teaching' three dimensions.Lesson and excellent example of the contained many successful experience of teaching design,drawn out if it is,to solve some problem existing in current job design aspects are of reference significance this article through to the excellent teaching research,identify the four basic types:effective job design is to understand learning,determine the teaching objective diagnosis model for the purpose of homework design;second is to refine knowledge for the purpose of variant type practice homework design;Four is to evaluate the teaching goal to reach a degree of testing evaluation type of job design.
