The formation of identity helps to promote the rural teachers' professional development drive,enhance the sense of professional belonging and achievement,and play an important role in promoting the construction of rural teachers.Faced with the urgent need of society and the country for the improvement of the quality of education,the young teachers in rural primary schools who are in the weak links of the basic education and at the special stage of their professional careers are facing an increasingly prominent identity crisis,however,the existing research has paid limited attention to the rural young teachers group,and the analysis of its own internal influencing factors is insufficient.This research mainly adopts the qualitative research method,focuses on the construction of young teachers' identity and its predicament in rural primary schools in China,takes two young teachers of B primary school as the research object,and approaches the work and life of case teachers,by way of telling stories,this paper presents the process and predicament of the construction of the identity of the case teachers,and analyzes the various factors influencing the construction of the identity of the young teachers in rural primary schools,and explore how to help young teachers in rural primary schools to further achieve their identity.It is found that the identity of young teachers in rural primary schools has three characteristics,namely,individual orientation,positive and negative identification,dynamic and phased,which are influenced by individual teachers,school organization and other factors.Among them,personal characteristics,entry motivation,career and professional development planning are subjective factors,school organizational environment and personnel training model,professional characteristics,rural culture and environment are objective factors.Therefore,this paper probes into the strategies of remolding the identity of the young teachers in rural primary schools from the following three aspects: stimulating the internal drive of the identity of the young teachers in rural primary schools,optimizing the organizational environment of the identity of the young teachers in rural primary schools,as well as the cultivation of rural primary school young teachers identity of the local feelings.The conclusion of this study is that the formation and development of the identity of young teachers in rural primary schools is a process of continuous construction in the interaction of teachers' personal life experience,personality traits and local educational environment,and its status is not optimistic.Among them,the self-concept of teachers is an important factor affecting the identity of young teachers in rural primary schools,and the occupational aspect is a basic factor affecting the identity of young teachers in rural primary schools,the external environment is the guarantee factor that affects the identity of young teachers in rural primary schools.Therefore,it is suggested that teachers,schools and education departments should work together to promote teachers' identity from the inside out.
