In recent years,with the increase of China's per capita disposable income,the family's ability to invest in education has also increased accordingly,and the demand for high-quality educational resources has become increasingly strong.The regular classroom teaching in many primary and secondary schools has been unable to meet the diverse and high-level educational needs of parents and students.The needs have led to the emergence of various types of Commercial off-campus training institutions.However,during the development of off-campus training institutions,a series of issues arises,including low barriers to entry,poor school environment,obvious profit-seeking,uneven teaching staff,"exam-oriented" orientation,out-of-range school running,false advertising,and being between government regulation and parents' demands for a long period.Therefore,it is necessary to discover and solve the problems in the market to promote the development of the commercial off-campus training market.Identifying and solving problems in the market is the basis for promoting the healthy development of the commercial off-campus training market.This paper takes the market of Xuzhou primary and secondary school commercial training institutions as the research object.First of all,it learns about the research status of domestic and foreign,and influencing factors of primary and secondary school training institutions and so on.Then it takes the kindergarten through twelfth grade tutoring market in Xuzhou as the object of investigation,and learns about the problems and needs of the institutions by using the interview method.This article uses the questionnaire method to learn about the satisfaction and needs of parents of elementary and middle school students on out-of-school training institutions.The survey samples involved basic information such as parent's gender,parent's age,parent's educational background,annual household income,children's performance and reasons for attending out-of-school institutions.It also involved surveys of four factors including policy,economy,culture,and location,and surveys of parents' satisfaction with off-school training institutions.First of all,200 questionnaires were pre-investigated,and the reliability and validity of 126 valid questionnaires were tested.Based on the feedback from the pre-investigation and the results of the reliability and validity tests,the formal questionnaires were formed after perfecting the corresponding items.In formal survey,a total of 503 questionnaires were issued.Excluding the questionnaires in which the child did not participate in off-schooltraining,a total of 316 valid questionnaires were received.Then the thesis utilizes various analytical methods such as descriptive analysis,difference analysis,and correlation analysis.The analysis results are as follows:Through descriptive analysis,it was found that: the subjects that children participate in tutoring are mainly Maths and Foreign languages;the main reason for children to participate in training institutions is to improve their performance;The most factors that parents value are the quality of teachers,learning effects,and teaching environment when choosing a training institution.Most parents have troubles when choosing an training institution for their children.At the same time,they believe that it is necessary to establish a third-party platform to guide the training market healthy development.Trough the differences analysis,it was found that: there were significant differences in parental satisfaction in terms of age,education,average family income,and child grade.There are also significant differences in the reasons for children's interest in learning,the development of children's social skills,and the reason of time limit.Through correlation analysis,it was found that: policy factors had the highest correlation with overall institutional satisfaction,followed by economic factors,and finally cultural and location factors.Through regression analysis,it was found that: policy factors had the greatest impact on overall institutional satisfaction,followed by economic factors.Based on the results of institutional interviews and questionnaire analysis,combined with the Xuzhou market environment.Regarding the management and development of off-campus training institutions,teachers and teaching quality,fees and services,and teaching environment,they put forward strategies and suggestions on improving the satisfaction of parents 'institutions.In the end,from the perspective of industry autonomy and policy guidance,put forward strategic suggestions on optimizing the market environment.There are 22 figures,44 tables and 86 references in this paper.
