In the era of knowledge economy,the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teams in colleges and universities is to use knowledge as the main competitive resource to develop and strengthen itself.Knowledge plays an important role in team activities.The development of the team is inseparable from the participation of knowledge.Knowledge sharing is the foundation of team building and development.Knowledge sharing among team members helps to i mprove the team's knowledge,help the team's goals,and achieve the final outcome.Understanding the process of knowledge sharing in innovation and entrepreneurship teams in colleges and universities,and building a new model of knowledge sharing in innovation and entrepreneurship teams in colleges and universities is of great significance for improving the innovation ability of college innovation and entrepreneurial team members and improving the competitiveness of the team.This paper starts with the innovation and entrepreneurial team and the theory of knowledge sharing in colleges and universities,and finds the connection between the innovation and entrepreneurship team and knowledge sharing in colleges and universities;analyzes the factors of knowledge sharing in the innovation and entrepreneurship team of colleges and universities,and concludes that the overall activities of knowledge sharing include knowledge and knowledge subjects.Four components of knowledge sharing means and knowledge sharing environment.The university's innovation and entrepreneurship team knowledge sharing activity is the process in which the knowledge provider will transfer the relevant knowledge that helps the task completion to the knowledge receiver in some way,and feedback from the receiver to the provider.In this case,the article builds a knowledge sharing process model of the university's innovation and entrepreneurship team,and uses this model to explain the knowledge sharing process of the follow-up team.Combined with theoretical analysis,this paper selects five innovation and entrepreneurship teams from n school to conduct surveys.Five teams represent different types of innovation and entrepreneurship stages.Through in-depth interviews with different members of the team,the analysis of commonality and individuality is formed,and finally the university's innovation and entrepreneurship team is formed.Mechanism model of knowledge sharing.In the process of forming the mechanism model,through the case analysis of five teams in n school,this paper finds that there are several problems in the process of knowledge sharing:(1)the knowledge transfer mechanism is imperfect and the knowledge fusion degree is not high;The organizational structure is unstable,the team members do not have sufficient trust;(3)the team's knowledge sharing atmosphere is not strong;(4)the incentive mechanism is imperfect and the sharing motivation is insufficient.In response to these problems,the school,the team level and the membe rs themselves put forward relevant suggestions:(1)improve the team's knowledge level,improve knowledge transfer and integration;(2)promote team members' diversification,and formulate member selection standards;(3)broaden Knowledge sharing channels,increase communication opportunities;(4)Build knowledge sharing incentives and enhance the willingness to share knowledge.
