Innovation is the most important driving force for the continuous development and progress of a country and a nation.Since the 18 th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party,the state places scientific and technological innovation at the core of its overall development agenda and put forward the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy explicitly.As an important part of the country's economic and social development,the development of archives must keep up with the overall situation of the country's development and take the road of innovative development.Universities,as the source of innovation,must stimulate teachers' innovative behaviors if they want to play a role in the innovation-driven development strategy.This paper,based on the perspective of university archival science teachers,with the achievement of scientific research innovation and the innovative measures for personnel training as the measuring index of its innovation behavior,through the statistics and analysis of the situation of papers published in 7 kinds of core journals of archival science of university archival science teachers and the innovative measures on personnel training of archives major of35 colleges and universities offering undergraduate programs in archival science in our country since 2010,summarizes the present situation of the innovation activities of archival science teachers in colleges and universities in recent ten years,then analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the innovation behavior of the archival teachers in colleges and universities,and put forward some suggestions and strategies to stimulate the innovative behaviors of archival teachers in colleges and universities,in order to bring reference for promoting the innovation and development of university archival teachers and archival science.The main body of this paper mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is "analysis of scientific research innovation of archival science teachers in colleges and universities".Statistics,calculation,comparison and analysis were made based on five indicators,including annual publication volume,publishing institutions,author,journals,CSSCI publication situation and subject.This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the scientific research output and the level ofarchival teachers in universities and colleges in China,thus,it outlines the current situation of scientific research innovation of archival teachers in colleges and universities in China.The second part is "the current situation of the innovation in the personnel training of archival professionals in colleges and universities".By means of literature reading and web research,this paper explores the innovative practice of the personnel training of archival professionals in 35 colleges and universities in China.From the talent training program and curriculum innovation and classroom teaching innovation two aspects,this paper analyzes and summarizes the present situation of the innovation in the personnel training of archives higher education in China,and what are the representative innovation modes.The third part is "the problems existing in the innovation behavior of archival science teachers in colleges and universities".Based on the analysis of the current situation of scientific research innovation and talent training innovation,this paper summarizes and analyzes some problems existing in the innovation behavior of archival science teachers in colleges and universities in China.The fourth part is "Suggestions and strategies".Based on the results of the statistics and analysis above,this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions for university archival science teachers to carry out future innovative activities,and explores specific measures that can motivate the innovative behavior of the archival science teachers in colleges and universities.
